Bought a SUV in December of 2022, and have had nothing but problems with it. Took it to the shop and they told us that it could not be fixed because FORD no longer makes the part needed to stop the truck. I have tried to get intouch with them and no one ever answers the phone and now here I am with 3 kids and an unsafe truck.

A rip-off overpriced used cars with many mechanical issues do not go to the dealership is the worst dealership ever purchased a car in 11/20 I came to the dealership to explain all. Mechanical issues I was having they were rude as eve. They didn’t fix anything, so I had to pay 3500 dollars to get everything that the dealership should have specified said was wrong with the car . They are scams. They are paying under 3000 at auction overcharged for cars that are used and have a lot of problems want 8000 for used car but small claim court hear I come

This dealership was rip sold me at **** ****** **** in November 2020 stated to me nothing was wrong with the car the second day took the car back because of mechanic issues he claims to fix them then in February 2021, I had kicked out **** dollars for different mechanical issues that were out of our control that he did not fix the car was unsafe for me to drive....
