Worked with Tonia today at John Rolfe Verizon and she did an excellent job of explaining the trade-in program which I did not understand. She answered all my questions and more and was very patient and took the look at my account to make sure I was getting the best deal. I have been to two other Verizon stores and honestly was turned off by the lack of customer service so today was my third try and I was a bit skeptical but I'm so pleased and feel very lucky to have worked with Tonia. Thank you Tonia!!

This Verizon “authorized dealer” store completely SUCKS. Stupid, rude, zero customer service. And…. did I say STUPID yet? Went on the Verizon website at 5:45pm TODAY to find a store to make an appointment at tonight to buy a new iPhone. The Verizon website pointed me to the local Verizon “authorized dealer” store a few miles from my house. And at 5:45pm, it said the next appointment available was 7pm tonight. Great! I scheduled it!! Got to the appointment 10 minutes early. There was one man working in the entire #\*$% store. He didn’t greet me, didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t say ONE WORD to me as I walked around the store for 15 minutes waiting for him to finish up with the people that he was with. Finally, since it was 7:05 and my appointment was for 7pm, I kindly walked over to his desk and interrupted and said “how does this work? I have a 7 o’clock appointment.” HE LITERALLY RESPONDED TO ME THAT HE WAS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE IN THE STORE AND THAT THEY DON’T DO APPOINTMENTS AFTER 6pm - ON ANY NIGHT - BECAUSE IT’S ALWAYS ONLY 1 EMPLOYEE IN THE STORE FROM 6pm until closing. And that he couldn’t help me because he was helping the other customer already. I responded, “well that’s interesting, because the Verizon website offered me a 7 PM appointment tonight - AT THIS STORE. At 5:45pm tonight, the Verizon website offered me a 7pm appt tonight and I SIGNED UP FOR IT.” He didn’t care - zero customer service skills. As I was leaving I said to him “and by the way, great customer service acknowledging me or asking me what I needed help with when I walked in the store 15 minutes ago.” He very sarcastically said “thank you”. I told him to F off as I walked out the door. THIS STORE SUCKS! AND SHOULD BE CLOSED. PATHETIC! The store and the employee = WHAT A (/$%}#\$ JOKE! Warning: Go to the real Verizon store — DO NOT GO TO THIS JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Went into John Rolfe Verizon store to return resident for my 80 year old mom that had to make a decision to move. Tony’s in this store was the most KIND, patient and the willingness to help! This Verizon store is the best! Thank you Tonya and your kindness will never be forgotten

Absolutely rude service. The woman working in the store didn't even acknowledge me the whole time I stood waiting. I never got any help even though the store was empty except for one customer
