Raekwon was professional, helpful, and friendly. He set me up with a new phone after my old screen cracked. He is the oldest of his siblings so he is up to date on many different topics, ie streaming services, devices for children, and so much more. I will definitely return to him for when my children are ready for their own devices!

I had the pleasure of working with Jeremiah today. He was professional, friendly and very thorough! I had a lot of questions and he answered them all. I purchased an iPhone and he had me out of there in less than 30 minutes! I highly recommend Jeremiah and this store.

BEWARE ! Not only did they lie about the service and products just to make a sell, my phones were out of service for a week because of their errors and doing my transactions wrong. They only cared about selling us extra things we didn’t want or need and they wouldn’t give me a receipt. When we went back to inquire about it. I was called names, mocked and completely disrespected in front of everyone at the store. I was in shock that a manager of a store could be so unprofessional, disrespectful and take no responsibility for their mistakes. At this location be prepared to be lied to and robbed and get horrible service. Then they will direct you to the customer service number when you complain which is a whole department of people who don’t care and will do nothing about the harassment and horrible service. It’s best to not waste your time going there at all.

Had the pleasure of working with Raekwon last week to do around 5 different transactions in one visit. We transferred two lines from a carrier to Verizon, bought and traded in multiple other devices, and ultimately were there for a few hours.During all of this Raekwon was helpful, funny, and diligent. He called technical support for another carrier just to push them to transfer the number faster. Wonderful customer service!

I am a telecom patent professional and can say this: their spectrum and tower access rights tends to put their radio reception at the top of the mark. HOWEVER, all of the previous general consumer complaints about billing practices and customer service knowledge appears to still be there in spades and has potentially gotten worse. I have been trying to unpack all the details in an attempt to understand and/or fix the problem. This is my story: The retail side is broken and probably past the point of being fixable. I learned today that some of their store employees are paid 100% based on commission. I went in to try to correct an ongoing $1600 billing dispute that they created but the problem still exists. The employee said that they still have not fixed the problem and he only gets paid if a customer buys something. I am married to this company for business reasons, and I know we will either reach a resolution or pay the bill. BUT, if you are a new consumer I would avoid them like the plague - their sales practices dictate a future to where this company is rotten to the core of its soul. The stock price has been falling and I think we might actually be witnessing the replacement of Verizon with Tmobile as the carrier of choice in America. Stay tuned...

What's the point of walking into the store if they just take your name and tell you someone from Northern Virginia is going to call you and take your order.Oh, by the way, not a good look when a technology company can't take your information because their software just produces the spinning circle and can't process.walked out and ordered online. So much for the customer service.
