I’ve had issues with my account since October of 2023. I’ve called customer service and been to locations trying to get the issues rescheduled with no success. Today my fiancée and I went to the store to try and get it resolved. We had the pleasure of working with Jevon Evans and he was an angel! He was was very understanding and had a lot of patience with everything. He did everything he could to fight for us and get everything taken care. After 8 months he was the only person that did not give us the runaround and got everything resolved in a timely manner. Highly suggest working with him for any of your needs!

Total waste of time. if you have any questions about FiOS save your trip. call that's what they tell you to do because they can't help you. Even though they have a FiOS representative there she couldn't answer any questions.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me purchase a new phone and took care of moving all of my apps and info from my old phone. I did have a pretty long wait time, so be prepared for that. The building was wheelchair accessible and they had ample accessible parking.

Such a wonderful experience with this place. One of the employees, Shawn, went above and beyond for my mom and I. He remembered me after months. Please give him a raise and a promotion or I will be a Karen about it! Best worker EVER!!!

You'll move faster in a chic fil a line on a sunday. Verizon customer service is trash from app to phone to in person and it's really frustrating.

If I have to say as a business owner about the customer service in this place, I would say it will be beyond horrible. Three people in the store have absolutely nothing to do after I registered my name to be served. One plane with his teeth One is wondering And the other one sits next to the office. Absolutely no regard for customers inside the store or the one has been registered. What makes it even worse the lady walked in sat in the seat in front of one of the customer service representative as I was watching, she did not even acknowledge the old lady or greeted her. Terrible terrible. Terrible. I would not recommend to do business with this place.
