Do not shop here if you can avoid it. The sales representative Adam was very rude and lost almost all my wife's data when he did the transfer. The accessories they sell in the store are overpriced and don't even do what they advertised. Adam sold me some new fast charger that doesn't even work for my phone. 0/10 is the rating I wish I could give this location

Came to the store to solve issues beyond my control and the associate, Greg, was disrespectful and confrontational. Store manager had to step in and back him off. Not sure what his problem was but I recommend avoiding him, or even the whole store, altogether. On a positive note, Darrell gets 10/10 for stepping in and solving my issue smoothly despite the nuances and coordinating solutions with remote customer service reps. Just goes to show who you deal with really matters.

I don't understand how this store has such a high average rating because our experiences here (multiple visits) have been very frustrating. The staff don't seem interested in doing anything; usually just sit slouched and tell you to contact the call center. After yet another frustrating visit to this branch we decided to try the branch on John Rolfe's Pkwy and wow what a difference. That highly professional branch actually care to explain options to you, and even go above and beyond by calculating how much you'll save depending on the direction you follow. My observations on their service to other clients in front of us were also top class. So I suggest clients skip this branch and go to the one nearby on 2234 John Rolfe's Pkwy.

This location seems to suffer from absurd incompetence. I walked in without an appointment and tried to buy a new device to connect to my previously existing account - since my phone had been stolen. Yet these idiots insisted that in order to buy a device and connect it, they would need me to answer a verification text. A text that they would send to my stolen phone… The manager didn’t seem to see the implicit stupidity here. I offered my driver’s license instead, but apparently government issued identification isn’t acceptable enough to verify account ownership?! I promptly drove over to a different Verizon location, which was much more helpful and immediately allowed my to buy and connect a new device. As it turns out, this Patterson location is a franchised location, so it’s not truly a Verizon store with corporate training. And oh boy does it show. Avoid them!

I have been with this company for god knows how long and they have always been great. Seem to be looking out for the customers best interest and offering the greatest device for the customers needs.

Just left this store, I had questions about my Apple Watch setup bc I was having trouble setting it up(error message). He told me they would charge me $40 to set it up even though I’m a Verizon customer. Then when I asked if I could trade in my old watch he proceeded to tell me that I wouldn’t get much for it because it has a cracked screen( lol it didn’t have a cracked screen it had a screen protector on it which I proceeded to peel off and show him). At this point I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and told him thank you for your time and left. Seems like some customer service training needs to be implemented at this store. Definitely won’t be returning. (Attached a pic of my watch I wanted to trade in that apparently has a crack in the screen)

This location (Parham Rd , Beverly Hills shopping center) has horrible customer service. Try the West Broad location which is awesome. They were rude and didn't want to help. Also refused manager or managements name. I have been a customer since my first phone in 1994! I love Verizon but cant tolerate laziness and bad behavior! BTW-Nasir was the person I dealt with and i saw other bad reviews for him here. He is a horrible person, very disrespectful, I will spread the word on him!

I had a horrible customer service interaction in this store. I came in due to having trouble setting up my Apple Watch that was purchased at another store out of town. I was told in order for them to correct the issue they would have to charge me $40 because It would take an hour. I'm a Verizon customer so I didnt understand and the associate said its due to them being an individually contracted store. I then asked if I could trade in my old Apple Watch, the guy looked at it and said "yes you can but you won't get much for it because the screen is cracked". I had a screen protector on it which was peeling off on the side, the screen wasn't cracked at all... just seems like he wasn't paying any attention and just didn't want to do much except sit there at his desk. I peeled the screen protector off and showed him the watch again and He just stared at me. He was also rude to my mom who was looking at the display phones and inquiring about the prices with another associate who didn't have any customers. He yelled from across the store "ma'am I can help you over here, we have a rotation". There was no one waiting and she was just asking questions separate from the situation I was dealing with. I went to this store to get my last phone upgrade a couple years back and had no issues but this situation will cause me not to return in the future and advise friends and family in the area to chose a different store. Attached is the photo of the watch that he said I wouldn't get much for due to the cracked screen.
