I have been here several times. Always had prompt, courteous and very helpful service. Other reviewers - some people are grouchy and unreasonable - the same ones who write bad reviews when the other ratings are 5 star. "Consider the source" as Mom used to say about such folks. BUT, I will say that VERIZON SIGNAL IS WEAK around my neighborhood, right in town, Monument Ave. Not the store's fault, but am looking for another cell provider.

Purchased an IPhone 14 pro max not knowing the new iPhone would be announced and then immediately released . I tried to return my iPhone 14 that a brought less than a month ago for the 15. I was declined for me being 31 days from purchase instead of 30. I was willing to pay restocking fees and purchased 3 new iPhones. I’ll never go back to this store and it does not seem like they know how to build rapport and keep business, or maybe they just don’t care.

0/5 stars. DO NOT GO HERE. Was paired with a representative that was beyond unwilling to help. All I needed was to switch my SIM card, which takes 2 minutes. The guy gave me a new sim, but my text messages no longer worked. He told me it was “up to me to figure it out” because it was “out of his hands.” The problem he caused… then he tried to charge me $20 for the new SIM, while still being completely unwilling to fix my phone. Come to find out he ported another number on my account to my phone, and now neither phone has cellular service. The employees here have no clue what they’re doing, and want to take your money for it. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE CORPORATE STORE.

Misleading sales reps. They activated a line on a phone they suspected wouldn't work on their network. Once they activated the line and we confirmed the phone wouldn't work, they then informed me that the activation fee is non refundable. I spoke w customer service to cancel the line and was informed 1) they should have disclosed the activation fee prior to activating the line and 2) the activation fee IS REFUNDABLE on the same day as the sale.

Worked with Samantha (Sam) in the store after a horrific experience trying to order online and dealing with customer service on the phone for 4 hours over a 3 week time period. She was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made upgrading and ordering new phones a seamless experience, and I will definitely go back to this store for future purchases.

My experience as a former Rookie of the year and Top Store team leader (store manager of the Lynnhaven Mall location) was dreadful. Lack of support from leaders within the company and when major life change effected me they did not support me at all. This was not the place for me. The customer experience is hit or miss. This is NOT A VERIZON COMPAY OWNED STORE so it lack support for common issues that you would need help for. Be prepared as a patron of this establishment of fees most of them you do not have to pay. Ask detailed questions about your account in detail to make sure you understand what you are singing up for here.

I was dreading going to the Verizon store but my experience was fantastic! I came in just for some help configuring my new iPhone for work (that my IT team wouldn’t help with) and Darryl answered my questions quickly and effectively. There was no wait time, he knew exactly how to fix the issues, and was really personable. Such a refreshing experience. I will never go to a different Verizon store! You rock, Darryl!
