Came to the store only to buy a screen protector for my phone. Left with a new Pixel 8 pro and a Google watch. I usually plan ahead for an expensive purchase, but Dymond was able to persuade me to get the phone upgrade. He was not heavy handed with his sales pitch just convincing. He was very patient with all my questions and explained everything well. Even made me laugh a few times.I will definitely pass the word about the very good customer service being provided, which is so sorely missed now a days.Sincerely,Alice Brinkley

I was due for an upgrade for my phone. Left Verizon with a tablet and watch also. I spent way too much money than I normally spend but I consider it an early Christmas gift to myself.

Came here originally back in November of 2021 for a new phone for my girlfriend. Came again November of 2023 for an upgrade for my phone. James was here both times and he was really awesome. Kind, friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and kept you laughing to help bridge the gap between when you were doing phone stuff and waiting on the phone to do its thing.

This is unacceptable. I'm working from home and need my internet services. I'm suffering and not able to make money bc their mistake!! They didn't bury a line when they installed our services and now I'm dealing with the consequences.
