This is a fantastic USO. It's somewhat hidden behind the luggage pick up outside of the gate and can be hard to find. The two ladies volunteering there were very kind and friendly. They have a great selection of food and drinks at this USO. The Hampton Roads-Central USO is a great option, especially since RIC has no airport lounges.

The volunteers are so sweet!! They were the best part of hanging out at the USO. They provided free food and drinks, computers, and comfy chairs. I only wish there were more charging options and that it was inside security.

As a Navy veteran, I was not able to stay in the USO. The receptionist was kind about denying me, however I am disappointed since I do have a valid ID that shows that I'm a veteran, but does not work for their policy. I would suggest to be able to accept other secondary forms of valid ID that shows that your a veteran to be able to access and use the USO.

Kind&friendly staff. They offered me drinks and coffee. You have plenty of snacks and food. You also have computers, TV and if you wanna rest you have clean and comfy sofas. At 900am they received fresh doughnuts.

My family and I were well taken care of here.My children loved watching the Christmas movies on tv... And they got some awesome snacks from the USO workers.We also got a Christmas bag with goodies which my children and husband loved!Thank you to the staff for their kindness and generosity!!!

Great place! Was very glad my son had a place to stay while waiting for his flight. I was even able to stay with him (I have my own ID card) which was super awesome. Keep up the great work!!! ❤️️
