I am new to the Richmond area, as I attend VCU. A few of my professors requested books that are only available at uptown color.Firstly, the books were wonderfully priced. I got two books for a total of less than 30 bucks.Secondly, THE GUY WHO GAVE ME MY BOOKS WAS SO FUNNY. I walked in, and he said let me guess... you play violin? (HOW DID HE KNOW??? I DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY INSTRUMENT ON ME)He had my books prepped for my arrival, like he was waiting on me, and it was so nice considering it was literally my second day in richmond and I felt so welcomed!

I cannot say enough about Uptown Color. Coming from Los Angeles for a funeral, we needed a high quality print company to turnover a pretty hefty print job in a manner of 48 hours. Uptown Color did not disappoint. Not only was the print job excellent quality, the customer service was amazing. Tim was very responsive and expedient. Thank you for making this week a little more bearable with providing such a beautiful memento for our loved ones.

I called all over town trying to find somewhere that could print 3 pages on A4 paper, and none of the big places (Fedex/Office Max/Staples) could do it. When I called Uptown Color Brian told me he'd be able to print on larger paper and trim it down to A4 size, no problem. I stopped by and 5 minutes and ~$5 later I walked out with exactly what I needed. Couldn't be any happier with the service!

With each order I am always taken aback by the quality and affordability of this place. I will never stop recommending them. They can do just about anything and as I said the quality is impeccable. Shoutout to Alan being the absolute king of making prints out of whatever artwork I throw at him. Couldn’t run my business without these guys.

They did an excellent job printing wedding cards for my fiance and I and did it so quickly!! Very impressed with this shop and we will be coming back for more business soon
