I usually do not like to leave negative reviews! I'll first start out by saying I worked with Caleb and Caitlin in the store today and they were absolutely amazing, professional, when above and beyond to assist me with my needs on today. However my concern is the heat in that store I was only in there for a few minutes and I was hot I had to actually fan myself. I worry for the employees in that store on the hot and sunny days, it's a rainy sunless day and it is extremely hot this is unacceptable!

I want to commend Phillip Brown for his outstanding customer service skills. I specifically drive to this location because of his excellent work ethic. Phillip is always incredibly helpful, consistently offering assistance with a smile. His patience is remarkable, especially when customers are having a tough time figuring out how to ship their items. His dedication to providing a positive experience makes all the difference. Just went and dropped off and bunch of Amazon returns (sorry ?) and messed up a few labels. Instead of charging me for my mistake, the gentleman that helped me, took care of the situation and helped me cancel some returns and choose the correct ups option...other places wouldn't have cared.

I am incredibly frustrated with the total lack of service this location has provided. I shipped a documents 2 day air with them last week to facilitate a closing. 6 days late, I am informed by the intended recipient that they haven’t received the documents.
Calling the store, I am told that they will file a claim on my behalf, but since they are a “franchise”, I will have to wait another 2-6 days for a response. The clerk assisting me was really of no help.
Meanwhile, the tracking shows that it is stuck somewhere in richmond, never having been sent on to Nashville.
I’m going to have to recreate this and overnight it. But I can guarantee that I will not be using UPS, and certainly not this location.

DO NOT go here if you want a packaged delivered as promised. Not reliable. I paid a premium price to get an important package delivered the next day at 9:30am. The package wasn't delivered until 4 days later. When you have 1 job as a company, you should be able to 'deliver'. Try FedEx instead. They made it happen with no hiccups and it was cheaper!

I went to return an amazon package and Lavonte told me I needed a box or package due to the label they sent but he could print off the label. I went home and got a box to return the item in and went to the store and the person at the desk printed the label the wanted to charge me $2.31 for the label but did not tell me first. Two people had an opportunity to tell me they would charge for a label once on my first trip the second time before printing it.

very bad service, I have been to other stores and they received my packages wonderfully and friendly there, they even made fun of me!! I felt bad and they didn't receive all the packages. I felt frustrated and disappointed and they also charged me. I had had a bad morning and to top it off, they treated me badly in that store!! It sucks don't go there

Not sure if they were having a frustrating morning or just off, but they quoted me a price >$600 than previous shipments for a large parcel. I attempted to discuss how strange the price jump was, but they were uninterested and unhelpful. Left and went to another UPS store (same franchise) down the street, quoted the correct price of $250 (not $850). I recommend taking anything large elsewhere.

The store manager, Lavonte Davis, was very patient and professional. I don't typically use the UPS Store to ship packages, so his guidance was appreciated. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
