  Just went and dropped off and bunch of Amazon returns (sorry ?) and messed up a few labels. Instead of charging me for my mistake, the gentleman that helped me, took care of the situation and helped me cancel some returns and choose the correct ups option...other places wouldn't have cared.

  The rudeness of employees. The store not being clean. Throwing boxes throughout the store while customers in there.
