Had an appointment for fingerprinting, but when I reached the store, their system was down. Had to wait for half an hour before rescheduling it for the next day. They could have at least notified me in advance and saved my trip.

Sheena was the best associate for my fingerprints. She even took my daughter to the bathroom while I was in a time crunch. She went above and beyond her job duties and now I’ll be able to continue in my high six figure job. Thanks Sheena!

One of the items packed by the store - an antique oil lamp - arrived snapped in two. Obviously it wasn’t packed with enough padding. I have shipped several fragile things with another company (PostNet) without a problem, but they were closed so I thought I’d give UPS a try. “How hard could it be?”, I thought. It was a mistake I will never make again!
