I went over here to take my passport photo. Photographer was too distracted with conversations and ended up taking photos of me whilst I was still wearing head phones. I asked if I could please come in to take replacement photos since the embassy rejected mine and they insist on me paying AGAIN for another set of photos. Very disappointing. In today’s economy every dollar matters. You’d think folks working at ups especially would understand that. They’re just taking advantage of unaware customers. 18 dollars gone to waste. Smh

On Wednesday 6/1/22 right before closing I came in to drop of roughly 9 packages. They were all USPS priority mail, as some UPS locations accept USPS drop off. The woman behind the counter accepted all the packages and said "We really aren't supposed to, but I can make an exception this one time. I'll make sure they're shipped". My fiancé was also with me when she said this and saw her take the packages. I checked that night and the next day and there was no movement on the packages which made me concerned.
I called the store Friday 6/3/22 and asked if my packages had been picked up and the employee on the phone said "no, we aren't even supposed to take USPS packages. The post office lady hasn't been here in days". I asked if she saw the packages I dropped off and she said yes they were just sitting in the store. I said I was on my way to come get them.
When I got there the manager said "We don't accept these" and when I asked him why they were accepted to begin with all he could say was "Sorry, the owner of this store doesn't allow us to accept these" and would not give an answer as to why the employee caused this delay and why I was getting 3 different answers. I appreciate him helping me take all the packages to my car, but truthfully I was really frustrated.
Things were sorted on my end and the plants were ok. Things happen, I understand. I appreciate the swift response from management and the empathy from all involved.

I shipped a Christmas gift here on December 12, 2022 and it never arrived. In early January I came into the store to check on it and the manager said it had been lost. I filed a claim (for shipping cost and $100 insurance) with the appropriate paperwork at the store and was told they would email/call me to let me know the status of my claim. They never contacted me so I came into the store multiple times to check on it. Several times the manager said the claim system was down and he would get back to me. He never did. As of late March he said UPS had approved my claim and would send a check to the store owners and then they would send a check to me. I have yet to receive a check. It's April 12, 2023 - 4 months after I shipped the package and 3 months after I started dealing with the claim - and I still have not been refunded my shipping cost or insurance. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Done a lot of business here however that will end. Stopped in to return a 3lb package to California zip code. (Backpack). First guy quoted the cheapest would be $33 via UPS. I left and went to my office and had it weighed to see what the USPS would charge. Came back to store to send via UPS and the other co-worker quoted me $48. Package didn’t change but the price increased $15 in 10 minutes. Wow! Thanks guys but you lost my business.

Just walked out of this store after getting papers notarized. Daniel (horrible with names but I think it was his name) was efficient, personable and had me on my way in minutes, giving me enough time to write this review. Thanks!

I have a mailbox here and I've had no problems, friendly and responsive customer service. Only downfall is it's hard to find parking sometimes.
