Tyrell helped me get a pool pump out of my car this morning! It was a huge box that my handyman put in my backseat late night! I accidentally ordered two of the same and Tyrell was so wonderful and happy to help! Thank you for hiring a team player and a polite young person who truly cares about his job! I hope you appreciate him as much as I did this morning! He is a true joy to interact with! Thanks again! Cathy

The staff here looks at you like you're crazy if you ask them for help. They made me feel stupid and wasted my time when it turned out their printer was malfunctioning & offline. I have visited this location many times, but will find another one next time I need it.

On Sat 5/4/23 there was a guy working maybe named Brandon (sorry not sure of his name so I just called the store and the person who answered thought maybe Brandon) who was so kind and patient, we arrived at 4:58pm and needed help with boxes after moving my daughter out of her dorm and it all did not fit in the car…I wanted to tip him but he asked me to fill this out instead, he definitely put customer service first and was again very patient and kind despite the late hour. And all 6 boxes arrived yesterday in good shape! So kudos to him for helping us like he did!!!

So I had a horrible experience today at this ups store which is very shocking because this is normally my favorite go to ups store especially for my large shipments. I tend to have an overstock of specialty baby formula from time to time that I ship out to a company that I keep in a storage. I know that with keeping things in storage you can run into issues such as bugs and things so I at least try to pull my supply and let it sit out about a week or so before I take it to ups before having it shipped off, which I did in this case. I had 18 cases that my family and I brought in to the store today and I honestly was unaware that it still had bugs coming out of the boxes (totally my fault) but for the male clerk to say ewww as if my family and I were disgusting and diseased was so unprofessional especially to do that in front of other customers I get it if you were not willing to except the boxes to ship off but to try to humiliate someone especially with my special needs children present was just out of line. I fight on a daily to make life normal for them on a daily so now they think that was directed towards them ….Then for the female clerk to try and say “yea we don’t even have a box that big anyway”… lady what??? This is not my first time here nor is this the first time I’ve shipped this many cases from your store so yes you do have a box big enough. But it’s all good I ended up going to another ups store explained how this location treated my family and I and they had no issue assisting us. These are brand new cases of unused formula that’s used for children who are normally fed by a feeding tube such as my son and I help out those in need when I can and to get treated like I did today was way more disgusting then seeing a bug(s)…. something you walk outside your door and see then you try an offer an apology as we take our cases back to the car keep your apology damage was done I just won’t return here

I always seem to have a complicated issue that I need help with and the folks at this store do a fantastic job of problem solving with me. I have had a mailbox for over a year and am very happy with the customer service-the store manager Kai especially goes above and beyond.

Communication sucks here!! Customer service is awful!! I was told shipping free for item...this store charges for printing. Definitely should mention this before printing so customers can make a choice if they want to proceed. Supposedly the manager was there yesterday and was mad because I made a "flipped face" she says. Of course I will make a face if I thought everything was free. It was not towards her, in general. Error on sender and I was not responsible for any cost..not $1. But instead, the manager at this store got loud and stated "this was a waist of her time" and "I can leave now!" She took the box cutter and started cutting my box ridiculously aggressively to remove label she just placed and I'd guess to make sure I can't use that box again!? I asked what was so wrong with our interaction and she said I made a face and to leave or she'd call police. So I waited and no police came.I hardly said a word to her and I definitely was not rude to her. I asked questions to see how I can send my items. Nasty attitude and when I called to check if I should pay for there printing, I was told they shouldn't charge me anything! Fraudulent activity going on ?? Message to better business bureau will be given.

My recent visit to your UPS store was extremely unsatisfactory, due to a very poor interaction with one of your employees. Their attitude and lack of professionalism deeply soured my experience. I expect a certain level of privacy and respect in public interactions, which was completely disregarded. This incident has not only deterred me from revisiting this location but has also led me to question the overall competence of your staff. Frankly, the level of service was so aggravating that I would prefer paying a premium at FedEx to avoid such frustrating experiences in the future. Serious improvements are needed in your customer service approach.
