The automated voice systems are the reason people don't have patience by the time we get to a real customer service rep on the phone. Ten minutes into my call and I'm finally getting connected. Guy on the phone is doing what he can but honestly our delivery guy screwed up. Also wanted to be the 400th review.

UPS HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER! THE LAST PACKAGE I ORDERED FROM M SAID DELIVERED AND IT WASNT THEY DID NOTHING TO TRACE IT WHEN YOU CALL THEIR NUMBER THEY ARE USELESS THEY USE THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM TO WEED OUT CALLS THEY REFUSE TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS WITH LOST PACKAGES THERE ARE PLACES I ORDER FROM FREQUENTLY THAT ISE UPS THAT I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY GET WORSE BY THE YEAR! I WISH THERE WAS A NO STAR OPTION BECAUSE THEY ARE SO AWFUL!

This facility absolutely earns the lowest rating. Driver noted address needed correction when USPS, fedex and other delivered without problem. Called at 3 pm and verified with customer service address was correct. I offered to drive to the location to pick up. Was informed no need as driver would redeliver and I will be called by 6 pm to confirm. Saw status change to redelivery by 7 pm. 6 pm, no call. 7 pm, no delivery. Called again and customer service stated driver already on the way back to Richmond and did not redeliver. Again, I offered to drive to pick up. Was informed facility already closed and would not reopen until Tuesday. I could have gone to the facility earlier! I understand mistakes happen with address and all. That's why I offered to drive to pick up, but false information and lies are substandard practice. The website states driver will do delivery as late as 9 pm or later during holiday. Well, this location shows it's another false info. UPS will deservingly continue to lose its market share at this rate.
EDIT 5/28/24: From bad to worse. Not only UPS delivered the package late. It delivered it to the WRONG address! It put the photo of the package on a random porch as proof of delivery. You can't make this up.

Absolutely the worst! The drivers never actually attempt to deliver, they driver by. I waited by my apartment building's door, driver never came. Its saying I now have to wait 3 days for a redelivery. This is an ongoing issue that I was told was resolved. Drivers are trash, management is trash at this location.

Worst damn company ever to get deliveries from! Jessica from the Richmond, VA hub was rude, refused to give me her managers name, then hangs up on me. When I asked to have someone call me URGENTLY, it took almost 4 hours to get a call from her to say everyone but her has left for the day. Delivery driver never knocked. This location needs to either be shut down, or hire someone who actually wants to do their damn job.
