Great experience! I hate shopping in stores these days because no one seems to know what customer service is. Not the case here!! Ben was super friendly and knowledgeable. He brought options to my hubs in the fitting room and we left with 2 outfits!

Had a great shopping experience with Ben. I am hard to fit and Ben narrowed down my options pretty quickly and suggested four smart looking shirts for me to select from. It’s so nice these days to find someone so competent in customer service. Highly recommend

Thomas, the sales associate, was fantastic. He was very helpful and professional by providing superior customer service. Some of the items were not available in the store and new ordered them online for us.

I entered the store on a friday evening (6/17/22) looking to buy a shirt. A female couple walked in before me and they were greeted by the male employee, then through the couple he said something to me which I perceived as similar to "welcome" but I didnt hear exactly so I smiled back at him and nodded. I selected two shirts and asked him if I could try them on, he said no, but I could try on the "Try On" shirts, so I said "Okay cool." He then said that I should of known that bc he already told me that when I walked in. I told him I didnt hear him, and he said that I did hear him bc I smirked at him. I told him that I smiled back at him after I heard him greet me entering the store. He again said I smirked at him. The interaction with him was so strange that I gave him the clothes without trying anything on and quickly left the store. I contacted the store directly through email with no response from them. I am concerned about the type of people they hire at the store as I was polite the entire time. I am also now questioning the way I smile for the first time in my life.

I went here recently because I needed a dress shirt and I like the idea of a shirt that doesn't need to be tucked in. The staff was very professional and friendly. They helped me find the right size. Unfortunately most of the styles I liked were not in stock in my size. As I've gotten older I've come to be a beefy farmer and this place probably caters to skinny young urban professionals and hipster millennials. Honestly I'll tell you this whole untuckit thing is kind of a joke in my opinion. I'd rather have a shirt with a finished tail. The kind that has the little V cuts in the sides. I dropped almost 90 bucks on the shirt. Not that impressed except the quality of the fabric and build quality was high, I will say that. Unpackaging the shirt was highly ritualistic. So many different pins and clips to remove. Tags on a bit of string. Fancy shopping bag they put it in. A little bit over-the-top.
