I had such a lovely experience at this branch specifically. I have several branches I have been with for over 15 years, this one is by far the best, most professional and I have been delighted to have a team that’s incredible. Jaylan is an expert! He is efficient and thorough, and extremely professional. I would recommend this branch because of the care he has given me. Especially with the world being the way it is. He deserves a shout out!

I received a hand written check drawn on Atlantic Union .I took it to the Bon Air location. The teller informed of $10 fee to cash the check .I am retired ,$ 15 a hour is what I made on this particular job.What If I worked one hour ? The bank would have received more.So to answer your question, NO, I do not wish to open an account with you.

If you are a customer of Atlantic Union Bank don’t ever do business with this location. Absolutely untrained tellers and staff. Avoid this branch at all costs.

The bank has lost some of its small bank charm, since the latest merger. However, people still remember you and are mostly patient and polite. Be advised that to properly enter the parking lot requires you to be traveling North on Thompson Street; or if traveling South you need to be willing to upset a lot of other drivers as you wait for an opening to turn. It has been a bit of a pain to use this location while it is surrounded with construction, but it's starting to get back to normal with the Publix Grocer next door having been completed.

Rhonda is so patient and kind and caring and really prioritizes the experience of the customer. She makes me feel like a valued patron. I will keep coming back because of how she cares about resolving issues and actively trying to come up with solutions that work for everyone.

Pls DO NOT BANK FOR BUSINESS OR PERSONAL, FIRST OF ALL DEBT CARD WAS LEFT IN ATM, NO CALL EMAIL REGARDING THIS ISSUE FROM THE BANK FOUND OUT A WEEK LATER BY MY VENDOR. THEN SENT NEW CARD, ADVISE TO USE PREVIOUS PIN, BOTTOM LINE REPS ARE INCOMPENT. I HAD TO MAKE SERVERAL ATTEMPTS TO ATM, WITH TEMP PIN, USED CORRECT PIN AND WAS ADVISE IT WAS MY FAULT PIN DONT WORK PER VIDAN ON 800 LINE, THEN AFTER ADVISING HER TO STOP BLAMING ME, SHE STATED SHE WAS ENDED THE CALL BEFORE I WAS ADVISING HER OF HER SPEACH TO ME CALLING CORP REVIEW THE CALL-MOVING TO ANOTHER BANK PERIODT

I just tried to cash a check that was written by this branch and they want to charge me $7 to cash because I don’t have an account there. Because of that I would not open an account with them or ever do business with them again. I will not accept a check for anyone with this bank again

Drove up to teller window only to be told by some employee outside your drive thru (who had no name tag or identification that he works for your company) in a monotone voice that the bank closes at 4pm. Hours of operation state the bank is open until 5pm. Really should look into changing the public information on your hours of operation instead of just changing them at will.
