I just wanted to leave a review for the lovely lady who helped me on Wednesday, I walked in and I didn’t want to bother anyone, but I clearly looked lost, she asked if I needed help finding anything, and helped me find what was best for me and my skin tone, and explained everything to me. She was sweet, not condescending, and respectful. I have no idea what her name is, but she had the cutest lashes with gems along them, hopefully this finds her so she knows I’m grateful❤️

My friend and I had the best experience at this store today. Michael was THE BEST
at educating us about the beauty process and skin care. We felt so welcomed and informed when we left. We bought foundation, concealer, primers & the nines. We will return bc of this experience!

Madelyn did SUCH a good job on my curly cut. Usually with my curly cuts I have struggled with stylists and this is my first time with Ulta and Madelyn. Let me tell you it looks good even after I’ve worn a hat at work all day. Thank you Madelyn!!

Booked and Appointment on my birthday, confirmed same day. The stylist and manager took one look at me and said she gets off in 45 minutes and we can't help you. Ulta has lost my business. Im so disappointed, I missed another opportunity for an appointment choosing this location.

Flo took such great care of me. She was so kind and sweet. She really took her time to help me find a lip pencil that was perfect for me. She didn’t show me whatever was popular which is something that a lot of people at Sephora and Ulta do now. She really went out of her way to help me. I could tell that she was very passionate about make up and her job and that she was very knowledgeable. She helped me try on different shades for my skin tone at varying price points. She even asked what my budget was which was incredibly considerate.
Erica also helped me. She helped me find a lip gloss. Together, the both of them helped me find the perfect shade. And the color was a perfect match for my natural lip shade. They made me feel so beautiful and so welcomed. And they make such a great team.
This was without a doubt the best experience I have had at any beauty store. Now when I go to Ulta, which I definitely will now, I will always ask for Flo. Incredible service. Thank you so so much!
Flo was the only one that asked me if I needed help with anything as I was ignored by everybody else for at least 30-40 minutes. All of the other associates were talking loudly amongst themselves in the brow area complaining about the job which I found very unprofessional. There is a time and place for everything..

I made a hair, makeup and lashes appointment six weeks in advance. The day before my professional pictures were scheduled, I called to confirm my appointments with ulta because on the website, my account was showing that I had no upcoming appointments. The woman on the phone was very apologetic but told me they did, in fact, find my appointment, but they wouldn’t be able to do my services because the girl who does the makeup is scheduled off. Thank God, my pictures were able to be rescheduled because if not, I would’ve been totally screwed. Be careful making beauty services appointments here.

Unfortunately, all of the other recent reviews on this Ulta location are right. Their poor customer service truly shows through how impatient the staff all seem to be. As I was trying to figure out the free birthday gift the cashier seemed to be very uninterested in helping. Luckily a nicer cashier made a helpful comment but I had a difficult time working with the person checking me out. As soon we finished the transaction she immediately walked off making it feel like the entire interaction was a burden.

Why does the location at Chesterfield town center close at 7 PM when the other locations in the Richmond area on West broad street and Brooke road close at 8, that's inconvenient.

I went in for an eyebrow wax and tint. Kaelyn was fantastic. She took time to ensure the tint was the right shared and mapped my brows to ensure they were done perfectly. I will be back again.
