I would recommend upack relocation cube. The process is pretty automated and easy to use. My cubes arrived on time and the service representative were accommodating to my scheduling needs. I moved from the west coast to the east coast and the process was a breeze. I would recommend ordering 2 cubes if you arent sure how many you need because if you don't use it they don't charge you for it.
The only problem I had was 1 of my cubes was old and rustic making it hard to close.

Upack is a great option for those doing their own packing! The trailer is dropped off and picked as described. The price you are quoted is the top price you will pay for those services. No hidden fees. One item of note… no pickup or delivery on weekends.

Delivery and pickup drivers were great and so was customer service. UPack cost was very reasonable delivering 1500 miles. Saved me $5K using them. I had one hiccup, my 2nd trailer was sent to the wrong city and arrived 3 days late. UPack did give me compensation. Thankfully this trailer was just my shed and garage items.

Moved 10 hours away, stuff arrived faster than expected. Professional and constant communication between the company and us. No issues with our belongings. Much more affordable option but still way more convenient than renting a moving truck. Very pleased.

Upack customer service was first class all the way, and drop-off and pickup were at the time promised. But I want to caution people who are considering moving more than a small amount of stuff. There are several things to consider.1. Your Upack truck may sit for several days waiting for cargo that will fill up the unused space in your truck. In winter, my truck was in Dayton, OH for nearly a week. This killed all of my plants and some of my food supplies froze - bursting their containers, which then caused leaking and damage.2. If your many boxes and pieces of furniture are not wrapped, stacked and packed by professional movers, a LOT of it will be damaged or broken. The truck interiors are dirty, and the contents shift during the journey. Mattresses, couches and lampshades MUST be wrapped to protect from being marked up by the truck interior.3. I would not use the Upack recommended moving labor company - the markup is EXTREMELY high. Instead, I would arrange directly with local movers on both sides of the journey.4. If you are using a truck (instead of a cube), MAKE SURE you count and confirm the feet used. I was almost charged for 2 extra feet I did not use. I believe the feet are measured in increments of 2 feet because of how your stuff is segmented in the truck behind a wall that fits into slots every 2 feet. So I could see being charged one extra foot, but not two.With all of that, U-pack did keep its promises. I would not move this way again - it would have been better to hire a full-service moving company. But this service is good, as long as you know what you're getting into and what to avoid.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. We chose U-pack over UHaul to move our daughter from Richmond VA to Fort Wayne Indiana. We had to pack the Relo-Cube at their facility which was fine since it brought the price down. On Friday, July 15th we loaded it up, locked it up, signed the paperwork and left. According to the contract, it was to arrive in Fort Wayne in 5-7 business days - so no later than July 26th. On the 27th, I contacted the facility in Fort Wayne to schedule the delivery and was told that they did not have our cube and that it appeared to still be in Richmond. I immediately contacted customer service and had several conversations that day and every day thereafter for the next 2 weeks. It quickly became apparent that they had no idea where our cube was and had no way to track it because apparently someone in Richmond failed to do their job and log it on the manifest. There are also no GPS trackers on the pods to safeguard against human error. I was told many times that it "wasn't lost," that they had to have people "walk the yards" and check the CCTV footage, first in Richmond, then it was Winston Salem, then it was Ohio, then New York. I was told about how these facilities were super backed up and had tons of trucks to be offloaded and that it would turn up. Eventually they refunded our 850.00 - the cost for the service but assured us that it would be found and that they were still looking. A month later, our daughter is 10 hours away, in a new city where she knows no one, sleeping on an air mattress on the floor, without her belongings. Our entire summer vacation was planned around this trip to help her move and we had to leave her without her things. Suddenly, they dont want to return emails and phone calls and when I posted about our experience on their Facebook page they deleted it and blocked me. Our claim for reimbursement is pending. Bottom Line - USE ANOTHER COMPANY but no matter who you go with, do yourself a favor and put your own GPS tracker in the container.

I am completely happy with the service provided by U-pak (ABF). Everything went as described by the phone staff, "cubes" arrived on time and were picked up on time and delivered to my new address on time. Would definitely use them again.

We chose UPack after a few extremely high van mover estimates. The UPack salesperson broke down the costs for several scenarios and number of ReloCubes, the driver dropped the cubes off early the first day (gave us a call when he was about 30-45 minutes out, which was helpful), the dispatcher had the cubes picked up the morning after we finished packing, and our cubes were delivered within the estimated timeframe and picked up the morning after we called to let them know we were done. Everyone involved (sales rep, dispatchers, drivers) was friendly, polite and professional. Highly recommend UPack!

Very easy. We moved from Richmond, VA to Dallas, TX. The cubes were dropped off at our location and we had a family member sign for them. I couldn't decide between one or two relocubes and they offered two and said they would not charge until the cubes were in transit. We then called to schedule pick up and transport to TX. I was even able to change the destination in TX while in transit. Then they charged us and scheduled drop off. It was seamless. Finally, both cubes were picked up without any issue.

I found the UPack team to be very helpful and reliable. They make drop off & pick up easy, and if you pack the cube well you can expect it to arrive at your destination in great condition!

I had a wonderful experience with U-Pack. Moved my household stuff from USA to Canada and never thought the process would be that easy and without any stress because U-Pack was always guiding throughout the entire process. Very responsive and professional people. Right on time service, highly recommend!
