Upack is a great option for those doing their own packing! The trailer is dropped off and picked as described. The price you are quoted is the top price you will pay for those services. No hidden fees. One item of note… no pickup or delivery on weekends.

Delivery and pickup drivers were great and so was customer service. UPack cost was very reasonable delivering 1500 miles. Saved me $5K using them. I had one hiccup, my 2nd trailer was sent to the wrong city and arrived 3 days late. UPack did give me compensation. Thankfully this trailer was just my shed and garage items.

The staff was very friendly and cordial; They answered all my questions and concerns. What was sent arrived earlier than we expected. Very grateful for the diligence and treatment provided.
