I've used Tyler Automotive before, & keep returning because of the customer service & they give you full disclosure with no hidden agenda, reasonable rates for repairs. Fair & honest. If they're not able to help, they let you know that too.

Ask them to fix one thing they did not. Charge me for it and it wasn't the problem. I believe they knew all along what the real problem was.

I hate to say it because they were such nice people, but this guy completely missed the mark on my car. I brought it in saying there was a coolant leak, and he told me it needed a new radiator even though I had mine replaced about one month earlier. He replaced the radiator and it was still leaking, so I took it somewhere else. They told me there was a hose that burst so I was running without coolant the entire time. How he possibly missed that, I have no idea. It almost cost me my car though, I'm just glad I didn't blow a head gasket. On top of all that, the second guy told me the radiator was installed wrong!!! He took it out and re-seated it so it was actually sitting on the supports for free. So, it pains me to say but I cannot recommend this mechanic.
