Steven was very help. My sister flew into Richmond and baggage handlers damaged the handle on her bag. Steven located a loaner and shipped the damaged bag for repair. He was outstanding in his customer service and went beyond.

The store was clean and well stocked. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I was browsing today but would definitely consider this brand for my future luggage needs.

This Tumi store offers great quality products which are very sturdy. I really like my black Tumi business card holder purchased previously. The backpacks they have look very nice. Plus their suitcases and other travel bags look top notch. They are a wide variety of products at this store, and the displays are excellent!
