Been sitting in the Curbside pick up spot for over 45 minutes after checking in. Called inside, was put on hold for 9 minutes before I was told that she would be right out with the door I ordered. That was over 15 minutes ago. Don't offer a service if you do not have the manpower or ability to deliver on it. I wonder if my door will ever come out??

Sales guy was not helpful. His answers were short and he was rude. Even helped others and made us wait. We left and will take our cash payment somewhere else.

service is good - usually helpful and knowledgeable. store is well stocked, good selection/variety and often have some good deals on special buys.

I want to thank the staff at Home Depot for providing us with shelter during the tornadoes. We actually found out that one had hit our neighborhood directly, and we wouldn't have been safe had we just gone home. They provided my 2 small children with snacks and I could not be more appreciative.

I went into the store, not really knowing what to expect, and truthfully not knowing what to ask for. Tom, in electrical saw my confusion and went out of his way to help me. He not only walked us through our project, but also walked us through the store to show us where everything was. He was kind, courteous, and most of all patient. I will happily return to this store to bother Tom for help on my next project!

Tdlr: great customer service at the rental equipment area. Story: I needed to rent lawn equipment to reseed my bare lawn, so I came to the store with the intent to rent a tiller. One associate convinced me what I needed was an overseeder, even though I clearly stated I needed to break the ground up 3-4 inches. Needless to say, when I got home with this heavy equipment, had a friend help me unload, and the overseeder did nothing for my yard. I called up the store, and Jordan was an amazing help and said to bring the equipment back for a full refund. The next day, I also received the help of the manager Trish and another store associate Britney who were so amazing and helpful for me to rent a tiller to work in my yard. I've now got my yard tilled and seed laid, with very much thanks to Jordan, Trish, and Brittany.
