Love this place. I have been going here for a couple of months now. I always see Kathy - she is amazing. They are timely, friendly, and I have never had an issue with my polish peeling. This is the only salon that I’ve ever had do a hot rock massage with a regular pedicure and give a neck massage with a manicure. I would give them 10’⭐️ if I could.

Walked in with my daughter and stood for a minute before they acknowledged me. One employee said “can I help you?” I replied “I just want to get my daughters toes painted.” Her response was “we’re busy.” I said “ok so you’re busy, you can’t do it….?” The lady then replied “we’re busy”. So I walked out. Don’t waste your time as this place clearly didn’t try to accommodate us or even tell me when they could help us.

I went there for a pedicure. I wasn't expecting such a pleasant experience. The tech was great, very precise and detailed. The foot massage was awesome! Staff was very friendly also

They do not offer new pedicure kits for each new customer. And when I ask for a new one she told me next time I can bring my own. Customer service was a zero. When arriving I was the only customer in the shop. And they were not very welcoming. And to tell a customer to bring their own supplies at the same cost is mind blowing. This will be the last time I spend my money at this shop. They can just continue to do each others nails. Technicians didnt speak English well and got upset because I couldn't understand what she was saying, and when I asked the other technician to help she got nasty. Wont be back. I took my daughter to get a full set and pedi. She entered the establishment that only had two customers at the time. It was around 2pm in the middle of the week.We entered the business where we were approached by an employee. She proceeded to ask what service she needed and then she told my daughter that they were extremely busy and could not take her and sent us on our way. I noticed a trend in reviews from other black women that they too experienced the same thing. I really wanted to give the business the benefit of the doubt and I was sadly disappointed. I’d like to recommend that if “walk-ins” are not welcome (as per the sign) then you need to take it off the front window to ensure that ONLY reservations are made and this policy is exercised with ALL current and future patrons.

Kathy and her ladies are amazingI have been going here for years. Friendly atmosphere and they always do an awesome job with my nails. They are truly like family.

This was my first visit to the salon. I went in for filling. I decided to change the shape of my square French manicure to oval nails. Plus I wanted to get some nail art done based on a picture I found online. Kathy did a phenomenal job on my nails. She made my nails look even prettier than the picture I had shown her.

Simply the BEST business providing the best value for great prices too! Full service following all CDC guidelines, cutting edge equipment, setting the standards for the industry. Plenty of parking, handicap accessible, convenient hours by appointment with walk-ins happily accepted.I have been a very happy, satisfied client for over 10 years. The website features a photo of the amazing work on my wife's wedding manicure. Personal services better than any other full service parlor I have experienced. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This place is not for black girls. They instantly didn’t want to service me. The shop was empty and they asked me to come back. I told them I’d go somewhere else.

They take walk ins which is nice, overall do a good job. But you'll be criticized for your physical appearance to your face multiple times throughout the process. Trauma/trigger warning: they give you shoulder massages while you're unable to move while you're waiting for your finger nails to dry without asking for consent.

I have been coming here for a while. I have never had a problem and I tip 20%. The other day I went in for a mani and pedi. They were not busy. I told the lady that I wanted a man/pedi and she looked at me and said, "No. It's too busy". The place was almost empty. I was shocked. I left and went elsewhere. I won't be back.
