“If you are serious about your car, this is where you start. Work done right, solid communication, well thought out after hours drop off and pick up plus they warranty their work as long as you own the car. I bought a seriously neglected BMW w great potential and tried two neighborhood shops: neither was up to the task and worse, neither would say it. After wasted time and money I moved on to the pros at Bimmer Rescue. They gave me the good w the bad, corrected 2 previous owners worth of bad maintenance and best of all, now we have a plan to totally "unclapp" this ride and keep it running RIGHT for years to come.”

Edwin found what was in stock, gave me an excellent price and even processed the free oil change coupon on the spot so I wouldn’t have to make another appointment. “Decided to bring my 5.7 Ram here after the transmission went into limp mode. Tried to drive it to Weavers in Mechanicsville and the truck went out of drive half way up the hill to pull into the shop. I ran inside to ask if could get some extra hands pushing it up the hill into the parking lot. About 2 minutes passed and 2 gentlemen came running out two the rescue and a third pulled out of the shop with what looked like some sort of modified Detroit diesel tractor and pushed my old girl right in the parking lot. Spoke with Lisa and Emily and they were both very helpful in keeping me updated and offering advice to me as a consumer. They were able to diagnose the transmission failure and I had an invoice for the detailed diagnosis by the night after I dropped it off. Great place to go if you want something done right. Thank y’all!”
“I took my car to Ford in October and had a couple things done and also explained that I’m having air leaking on my front driver side tire, I explained to them that these are brand new tires as of last year and I also know it’s not a valve stem problem and specifically said that I believe it’s build up on the rim interfering with the seal between the tire and the rim after a 6 1/2 hour wait he tells me they took all 4 tires off and cleaned them out and found no leaks..ummm I told you it’s not the tires, it’s the rim(note to everyone.. don’t go to Ford dealership) Fast forward to February me and my husband end up chatting with this young lady and we were talking cars and I mentioned trying to find someone that can help me with my tire, I know the problem but can’t find anyone that can help me and she mentions her brother Zach and he works at Bill Crumpton Auto so I call and made an appointment and I meet Zach and explain the issue and he was happy to help and actually listened to what I said, an hour and a half later he fixed the problem, sure enough it was build up on my rim, fast forward 6 weeks and my tire is still holding air perfectly. Thank you Zach, thank you for listening to me and not thinking I don’t know what I’m talking about because I’m a girl.”

“I was in from out of town and was recommended to Gearbox for what I thought was a transmission problem. They quickly diagnosed the problem as engine related (misfiring) and recommended a mechanic nearby. They delivered my car to the mechanic at no charge where it was found to have an electrical issue. I paid a small fee for diagnostics but they could not have been nicer. Thanks to Robert and the crew at Gearbox!”
