Great place! The prices are more than reasonable and everyone was polite and professional. No one bothered me or hovered over me when I was browsing but they were quick to answer questions when I approached them. I personally don't like someone pouncing on me when I walk through the door of a shop, so I appreciate the less is more approach.

Can't necessarily say I have purchased from there, so I won't lie and say I have. Quite frankly I am glad I haven't and I sure won't. Upon arriving there to check out their selection, I wasn't welcomed with open arms and half of their employees are just sitting in the back. They have a decent selection at best. I am a younger guy wanting to add to my collection and not one person asked to help or assist me in minutes as I was looking in the store. They were about to close too which is understandable but still. I also have a distinct feeling that they discriminate, being a slim younger guy I also noticed two employees in the back (i mentioned earlier) laughing and smiling looking over my way as if they had a problem with me. Kind of funny from a guy who had no legs sitting in a wheelchair, and I do hope he sees this. This place should stay far away from and there are tons of better shops who are far more respectful and have a better selection. Buyers beware if respect is a big thing for you.

Went in to buy an S&W M&P Shield Plus 9mm. Remarked on how they had a good price. Went back 7 days later, and the price was raised by 40$. Purchased a 15 round mag for it and got home, and the mag was loose and didn't hold 15 rounds. Two employees protested that the loose bottom was normal. The employee pulled out his personal mag to show me. His personal mag was not loose and did not have any issues. Held 15 rounds and was not loose at the bottom. These guys might as well be crooks. Refused to do a swap even though it had the original package and receipt from only an hour prior. I contacted S & W, and they replaced the mag hassle free. Do not do business with this company. As soon as they get your money, they have zero loyalty and zero customer service. Shop Greentop, Basspro, or Cabelas.

Came to the store last Saturday.The whole staff was friendly and welcoming.They asked me what I was looking for and I told them. Prices are amazing!Rite away the guy helped me.Even with the paperwork.Because I forgot to fill out something.I would highly recommend this store and staff.Also I came to the store in a wheelchair.It made me smile that one of the gentlemen was in a electric wheelchair .Definitely gonna shop with them again.

My favorite gun store in Richmond area. I’ve now purchased two firearms and have traded a used firearm. For all my firearm related purchases I’ll gladly go to this store. Fair prices from what I’ve seen and always have ammo sales. Tip of the hat to this place.

i might not look like much but i’m a 10 year Navy Veteran. Former Master At Arms. i’ve been out of the loop for some time and due to personal reasons i haven’t kept up my knowledge of weapons. i came to this store to look into purchasing a handgun for my fiance and the customer service truly sucked. The man who tended to me seemed very bothered and low key tried to make me feel like an idiot because i didn’t know EXACTLY what i was looking for. i remained as polite as possible, but i could definitely read the tone and aggravation. almost as if i was an inconvenience. really wish i could’ve gotten better assistance but i will take my business to a more friendly and helpful establishment.
