Excellent customer service always. Great selection of plus size clothes. I shop Torrid wherever I travel. I have been to Northern Va., Georgia, South Carolina and Newport News. Always good selection and custom srrvice.

Plus size clothes, very stylish. Could use an update on their fashion. I understand it must be difficult trying to cater to a broad spectrum of women with different tastes. I'm able to find what I need 5/10 times.

Great place and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the store is not very wheelchair accessible. Isles are very narrow.

Torrid is a great store for 20-50-year-olds for sure! It's much harder to find executive clothing here if that's what you're looking for.However, all casual clothing and a great supply of lingerie and work out clothing is sure to be in stick! Only 1 less star because of the lack of executive clothing!
