I just left the store after being disappointed in them not having THE dress I wanted for my vow renewal. The staff was VERY helpful and suggested I try on a different dress- even if it was simply for sizing purposes. Although the dress was pretty it was not THE dress. They helped me order the one I wanted. So kind, so patient, so helpful!

I placed an order last week for Christmas gifts. I did 2 day delivery. The items still have not been delivered so I called customer service. They told me the only option was to cancel the order and replace it. But now it won’t get here by Christmas. This order was 90% all of my boyfriend’s Christmas gifts so now he has almost no presents. They don’t me there was nothing they could do.

Short Pump is the best location. They always have a beautiful selection of clothing . I found the perfect birthday gift there during my last visit?And Achilles was an awesome sales associate!

I hope I can speak for more than one store however the Tommy Bahama store in Short Pump Richmond has the top salespeople, best looking displays and an overly friendly atmosphere. Almost makes you feel as you're on your best get-away. Anyone out there that has felt the same in their home town store?

I am on a ventilator 24/7 and have been diagnosed with ALS so I am home bound. I used to shop the Beachwood OH store but now I shop online. Recently I couldn’t get through online - probably because of the holiday rush - so I decided to phone. I was routed to the Richmond store and Kim Griffin took the call. Kim was very quick and efficient in handling our call. We are very pleased!

Thank you to the Tommy Bahama Richmond store customer service. I called the Tommy Bahama 800 number and the call was diverted to the Richmond store. The employee cheerly placed my order for me with the free expedited shipping. AAA plus service!!

This is a great store with some of the friendliest staff. They are super helpful and knowledgeable. I love the feel, the fit, and the style of Tommy Bahama and I am so happy there is a store I can go to so I can check out the new arrivals. So much better to see this stuff in person versus looking it at on a screen. I was able to pick out a vest, find a shirt that matched it, then tried it on in the dressing room to see if it actually worked and it did. You can't do that online, so I highly recommend you guys checking this store out.

Tommy Bahama clothes are comfortable, well made, stylish and they even take the extra step of matching plaids, stripes and tropical designs over entire shirt, etc. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, pleasant and Kim & Achilles go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met.

I'm a little bit biased because I really enjoyed the Tommy Bahama products. The products themselves are great quality and have detailed stitching, which if I'm going to pay that much money for clothing I want it to look and feel like it's money well spent . The sales staff there is very helpful and always willing to make sure you find what you're looking for, and answer any questions. The assortment changes fairly regularly with the seasons. I hate spending a lot of money on clothes, but my wife made a good point, if you really like it and you going to wear it a lot and it's going to last overtime.... it's worth the extra money.
