Absolutely A++ service! I would highly recommend to even my grandmother! Not a joke. Very professional. Very realistic with timing. Requested the proper information for drop off at the dealership and provided quality pictures of the drop off location. This company gets it. Plain and simple. Extremely easy to deal with. This company and its owner were great communicators! They arrived much faster than I had anticipated, and it was a very swift, smooth and quiet process. Sometimes these situations can be high-stress, but he had a way of keeping things calm. I was left with all the documentation I needed to reach out to my insurance company. Excellent service! Driver came out quickly which was great, but he didn't park the car at the address I listed and did not send me an accurate enough photo for me to know it wasn't in the right area. Instead of apologizing, I got a bunch of excuses and a secondary photo that showed it being in the wrong location, which doesn't help after the fact. Content with the service, hopefully will never have to use again.Edit to owner's response: the address sent to driver would have sent him to the correct location, so I don't know how he ended up in the wrong lot in the first place. The photo sent ORIGINALLY didn't have enough background for me to know it was in the wrong lot to tell him to go elsewhere. I was only sent a better photo AFTER he left, which would have identified him being in the wrong lot. Now I will NEVER use or recommend this location.Service: Car towing
