“These people are the epitome of southern hospitality for RV's in need of tires. We were on a trip when we saw our tires looking tread bare. We thought we needed a certain tire but when we got there they looked up our rig (Grand design solitude 5th wheel) and found that the tires weren't a ply strong enough for our weight. Also our suspension shackle had broken off. They called a mobile contact who came over and fixed it. We were back on the road in a couple hours! Thank you Jenny and crew!”

“My family and I have used RNR Tire Express for multiple reasons over the years. Most recently I took my F150 to RNR tire express on W. Broad Street for suspected suspension issues. I have been experiencing very noticeable squeaking noises coming from my truck when I was driving over potholes, bumps in the road, turning my wheel, and when I go in reverse. I didn’t really want to take my truck to the regular dealership where I typically get my maintenance done, because their service dept. has lately not been as good as they used too.
I made I call to RNR and spoke to Rick Wood, I explained the issue and got an estimate on a diagnosis and their availability when they could get me in. Rick was able to set up an appointment for me that afternoon and was very polite and had good customer service. When I arrived, they began investigating my concerns on my truck promptly and set me up with their tech Ean Mcgee. This is the first time I was introduced to Ean, and he did a ride along with me so he could hear the sounds that I was explaining to him. Not even a block out of the parking lot of RNR, Ean could hear the sounds I was telling them about.
Ean quickly could determine that the sounds were coming from the passenger side and knew that something was definitely an issue that needed attention. He took my tuck back into the shop and his findings were that during a past installation / repair from an outside mechanic on my lower control arm was not correctly installed. When my passenger lower control arm was replaced with an aftermarket part, a grease fitting was not installed therefore the lower ball joint had failed prematurely.
Ean explained to me in detail what the issue was, showed me the difference between the aftermarket part and the factory part on my driver side. He even went as far as showing me on his PC what parts were missing and how it was supposed to look and be installed. He concluded his assessment by documenting his findings and an estimate for the repairs so that I could take that to the previous installers and have the issue resolved.
I want to conclude this review by complimenting the 100% satisfaction of the services I received with RNR tire express at 7601 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294. Rick Wood, Casey Dich, and Ean Mcgee were all a pleasure to work with and made my visit quick and easy. In my future visits with RNR, I would request these guys as my advisors and techs. Also, if there are any other further needs, questions, or inquiries, Ian Williams always meets expectations and is highly detailed and delivers the best customer service. I would recommend this team to anyone in need of these related services.

“They fixed an intermittent problem with my 2000 4Runner that I have been struggling with for months. After picking up the vehicle, I had an issue on the way home. “Excellent mechanic, fair, and honest. I've had work done a few times, but more recently my car failed inspection at Sheehy Ford for tag lights (license plate). So I replaced the lights and took it to Lotsey. It failed again, for bad front brake pads. However, they showed me the pads and it was clear they needed to be replaced bc I've done my brakes in the past.
In the end, they did the work in an hour (90 min less than I spent at Sheehy for an oil change and inspection) and charged me less for pads and rotors plus labor than Sheehy would charge for tag lights. I highly recommend!”

“After having experienced a very serious car breakdown while driving from Canada to our vacation destination, forced to stop in the Richmond area, during a week-end, when all auto repair centers were closed, and then experiencing some disappointment at the dealer place, after spending several nights at the hotel, we had the chance to be close to the Allen Tire auto repairing center, at 10200 Midlothian Tpke Richmond, Virginia. Fantastic experience, since the beginning to the end. “Had an absolutely great experience. My husband, myself and my dog woke up at our hotel with a flat tire on a scorching hot day in June. We saw that G'Z was only a mile away from our hotel so we drove there and they helped us immediately. They were extremely attentive, kind and even gave us bottled water for our dog who was panting in the heat. They gave us a great price and were incredibly friendly. 10/10 recommend”
