So you think when you purchase a piece of jewelry from THEE Tiffany&Co. you're getting quality pieces. NOPE!!! The necklace I purchased is not an everyday necklace, so I’ve only worn it a few times. Mostly on occasions. I notice the clasp is loose, so I take it into the store. I have to pay $75 to get it fixed when I feel it shouldn’t have broken. I’ve purchased pieces from other high end companies and everyone else stands behind their products. Especially if they’re overpriced!! I won’t purchase anything else from here!!

My husband bought me a bracelet for Christmas. It broke one month later. When I took it in I was SHOCKED by the rudeness of the employees, no one validated that this was frustrating or that they would fix the issue. I would have to pay to fix it and they would not refund it. This is CRAZY customer service. To pay $2k for a bracelet that lasted one month and that they don’t stand by what they sell. Costco sells great diamond jewelry and is a fourth if the cost of Tiffany’s, has amazing return policies and stands by their products. Don’t shop at Tiffany’s.
