I've enjoyed living at the Waterford, with the Capital Trail so conveniently accessed and close to downtown there's always something to do. The apartments are clean and modern, and the pool is a great highlight of the community. The maintenance team has been super responsive and is top-notch, shout out to Gary and team.

The Waterford Apartments are beautiful, spacious, very peaceful, and in a great location. Gisselle has also been an excellent property manager, and the move in process was very smooth and effortless. Overall, I've enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend!

Nice location, some restaurants in walkable distance, great trail along the river. I personally think it's a good spot for dog-owners. We live on the corner next to the train tracks, so it gets loud, but unless you're a light sleeper, you get used to it pretty quick.
Incredible staff! And they have events pretty often.

I have lived at The Waterford At Rocketts Landing for a little over a month now and I would say the experience has been good. Moving in was a smooth process, I was able to park my U-Haul in the back of the complex and easily transition things through the garage elevator to my apartment. Giselle is very helpful anytime I have needed anything. I don't have any complaints about the living experience, everyone I come across seems to be nice and goes about their own way respectfully. I would recommend this complex to friends and/or family.

The Waterford at Rocketts Landing is a gem in Richmond! Luxurious apartments with stunning river and city views, top-notch amenities, and a convenient location just minutes from downtown. The staff is professional and attentive (Shoutout to Gisselle for going above and beyond!), and the modern finishes in the units are impressive. Living here feels like a permanent vacation. Highly recommend for anyone seeking upscale urban living with a touch of tranquility by the James River.

The Waterford at Rocketts Landing is hands down the best apartment I have ever lived in. From the sweet, detail-oriented cleaning lady to the knowledgeable maintenance men, this place is a bargain! The location is great and definitely has a community feel. People play volleyball and go on walks with their families down the Capital Trail on sunny days. There are even monthly get-togethers to meet other individuals living in PRG properties, and the flyers are always dispersed promptly. On top of that, you can’t beat being this close to the river! There is ample parking between both garages, it's just minutes from downtown, and it's dog-friendly.
The apartment wouldn’t be as flawless without the presence of our wonderful leasing ladies, Martha and Gisselle. Their dedication to excellence, along with their kind-hearted demeanors, has been nothing short of perfect. They are very personable and always welcome questions, comments, or concerns. Someone give them a raise!!

My husband and I have been living at the Waterford for about 6 months now and we love it. The apartment is very modern and feels spacious for a two bedroom. Maintenance responds quickly and is always friendly and helpful. We’ve mainly been in touch with Giselle and she’s great. Overall, we highly recommend living here and appreciate the professional management

I was referred by one of my friends to check out the apartments at The Waterford since I am looking for a new home and since it was my day off I decided to stop by. I walked in without having an appointment, there was a very kind leasing lady at the front, I believe her name is Gisselle. She was glad to assist me and all of my questions. On my visit, I got a tour of of the complex and all of it’s amenities, Gisselle was very nice, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. This place is definitely one that I am very interested in.

I love it here. No cameras needed. Very safe. We have Top Flight Security. No Need for grass, when we have elevators for your pups to piss in. <3 All at a competitive rate. Deserves 5 stars Nothing less. Then the Loud music at night, free 24/7 concerts.

This place really feels like home, I’m really glad to be here I been here since last summer so I can say everything works for me so good beautiful!! My neighbors so nice and sweet. I really like the community here. Of course I will stay here, but I hope the prices it’s not increasing.

I am a Former Leasing Agent and Maintenance Technician who had just moved to the Waterford from out of state. So I am very particular on my choices when it comes to leasing a unit. Their leasing associate Gisselle made the application process very easy. She has a high level of knowledge in leasing and the property. With communication from a different state, she had answered every question and went into detail from start to finish. Move in day was a breeze. As a former Matainence Tech…of course I inspected every inch of my unit to find any flaws that could be easily neglected when turning a unit. I didn’t have to submit any issues or send them any photos. The place was immaculate. PRG, Gisselle, the matainence team and the Waterford have been Amazing! 5/5 for me.
Update: I had my first matainence request, Antwon came in and helped me out a lot. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell he is very concerned on getting his work done to the best of his abilities. We had some good conversations WHILE he was working in my unit. I put in my work order during off hours and he came in the next day which I do appreciate.

I truly believe this complex discriminates. Rating for a friend. One felony from 2001? (23 years ago!) and was denied because of it. I get if it was MURDER or GTA etc. Don't apply here if you ever had any sort of criminal background even if it's a small charge. They don't take any old charges or arrests into consideration with how long ago they were. We always followed a 7 year rule where I worked. This place is a JOKE, look somewhere else.

It’s not a bad apartment. I’ve been here for 5 months now. The only downsides are 1). you can hear literally everything your neighbors do which is kinda crazy for the price. I mean I hear her alarm EVERY morning, getting ready for work, phone calls word for word, her dog, her shower, music, or her breath too hard. 2). The parking lot situation. I’m not sure who designed it but we’re almost hitting each other everyday coming in and out and the do not enter way should have been an exit. And 3). Put a TV in the lounge please. Otherwise, maintenance is great and responsive, very clean, there’s socials every month, good scenery, walking, and things to do nearby.

Martha and Gisselle were both really nice and also super accommodating to my needs and wants. The area is beautiful, apartments looked very up to date and clean. Would def recommend to anyone looking for a space close to the city but not right in the craziness

I just recently moved in. I have not been able to refrigerate anything due to my current refrigerator or working. They bring me a new one that still doesn’t function and is extremely dirty. Stop giving your residents broken down and dirty items thinking it’s ok.
