Customer service is great and allowed us to use the advertised exchange policy where the additional charge is what we would have paid for the mattress in full at a regular mattress store. I still do not like the mattress we changed to any more than the original one we purchased, I believe the product will last but I prefer the couch or the mattress in out RV

I'm currently trying to sleep on a Sleep Number bed, and am searching for a comfortable adjustable mattress. My old queen mattress was a double pillow top, which I had been unable to find untill I discovered the Mattress Factory.With a double sided mattress, you can flip the mattress over, and reduce wear and tear, and elongate the life of the mattress. They are also super comfy. When I bought the Kingsized Sleep number, I put the old queen bed in the guest bedroom. Every guest that has slept in there says that it is the most comfortable bed they have ever slept in.I love the fact that the mattress is manufactured right there onsight. Their prices are reasonable, and they carry the beloved dual pillow top in a King size.I'm looking forward to getting a good night's sleep again!The salesman was super friendly, and answered all of our questions. The store was nice, and they had a decent selection of beds.

the adjustable bed stop working and I the original mattress factory, they came out THAT day to service it, the motor need replacing, as soon as I received it I called them they came out THAT day to replace it, bed is working. the best service I have ever received, they stand by what they sell. The tech guy,James was absolutely the best to deal with, appreciate their service

Love the mattress! It was a little firmer then the one we sat on in the store but still love it. The reason for the deduction of two stars was for the delivery. We had them deliver the mattress but chose not to pay the setup fee, since we already had the frame set up with our existing bed. The delivery guys said that they couldn't bring the mattress to the bed room as that was considered "setup". They would only drop it in the entryway or foyer. The master bedroom was 15 steps away on the same floor in a open floor plan house. The route had nothing blocking the path and was clear of furniture. I ask if they could just bring it to the doorway of the bedroom. After threatening to cancel the order they relented and sarcastically made a big deal about moving it the 15 steps. Really spoiled the whole purchase experience.

Our entire experience was great! Our sales associate (Leslie) was a professional - never pushy - no pressure. She was very fun to work with and it was a great experience. She explained the products completely and had answers to any questions we had. Everyone we came in contact with at the store was friendly. The delivery was on time. Bob and Chris were efficient, friendly and reviewed the product with us again at the end of the installation. We would highly recommend the Original Mattress Factory team.
