do not live here, i would rate this place zero stars if I could
we got a bed bug infestation first year, ramzloft refused to pay it although it used to state on their lease that they would pay for it
they've now changed it to say that they will not offer assistance with extermination should you have any sort of problem with bed bugs and fleas
there are a ton of hidden fees
when my roommate and I first got the room, we had an entire toilet rack and towel rack gone- missing
the fans in the bathrooms do not work and are so dusty that any long showers are met with intense sneezing
they've since upped the cost of rent since last year
also turns out we had an entire piece of our sink missing that we had no idea about
we were told the furniture was new but that was a lie, my roommate found scratches and dust on them
the place is cheap and it shows
do not trust the positive reviews, the only good thing about ramzloft is the staff who work there are willing to help you work out mistakes (And trust me, they make a lot of mistakes)
notice how a lot of the photos in the apartment don't show the ceiling? that's because the ceiling is full of random pipes and tubes
we don't have a flat ceiling

We moved our son in today, and the process was so smooth. Shawn was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable and made our experience even better.
The apartment is great, lots of natural light, and we love the new kitchen.

I’m reading a lot of reviews about a tour at Rams Lofts. When I asked for one, I was told they didn’t do tours and we would have to connect with a current resident to see the space. This is unfortunate to learn.

I recently moved into RAMZ Loft Capital Garage Apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns.

such a cool looking building and nice ambiance! love the brick walls and city like feeling. large windows for nice natural lights and spacious apartments.
