It was one of the loveliest hotels I have ever visited. Luxurious without being pretentious. The staff was attentive and caring, the food was excellent. My husband and I had a marvelous time.

Went to see the Christmas display. It was very pretty. The carpet even lends itself to festivity, and it's there 24/7. The bathrooms are blah. For a place this prestigious, the bathrooms should be more nicely appointed. It was quite beautiful inside and worth the trip.

Yes it’s the best hotel in Richmond. Yes it’s the best brunch in Richmond. Yes the bathrooms are amazing. Yes the rooms are spacious. This place is everything you would expect and if you are looking for luxury while visiting RVA this is a MUST.
