I’ve been a resident at the Estates for some time now, and I must say that Jordan and Charmaine have been exceptional. Their attentiveness and helpfulness have truly made my living experience here enjoyable.
Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile make them stand out!
I appreciate their dedication to making this community a great place to live!

Nice place has a lot of amenities..units are to small for me though price per square footage is hi but it cost to live every where now a days.

The apartments are not well maintained. Windows are old, doors leak, plumbing needs work, appliances are old. On positive side, neighbors have been great …. So far.

Everything was awesome except the price, for a 2 bedroom I definitely think my roommate had stars in his eyes because we moved here from a 4 bedroom house that was $1,100 a month and I wish we didn’t. But the service at the Estates was great, just be aware and cautious of their tow service because I remember getting a rental car while getting my car fixed and they towed the rental from my designated reserved spot at 2am, before they even started moving the rental I saw the flashing yellow lights and heard the beeping of the tow truck in reverse and ran outside to try to negotiate and explained to them it’s a rental car and I live in the townhouse and it’s my parking space and they weren’t having any of it, I offered them 300 cash to leave it alone and let me parallel park in the street because they didn’t even start the process yet and they wouldn’t take it. It was about $500 plus a bunch fees adding on another couple hundred and a couple days to get the rental car back, obviously it wasn’t from a complaint because it was MY reserved spot for MY townhouse they just saw me as prey and an opportunity with my rental because my normal car with the parking sticker had broke down, the tow company is absolutely ruthless and evil

We just moved in to The Estates at Horsepen and are in love! Diana and Charmaine have been extremely helpful, and the maintenance guys are quick, responsive, and kind. We love how homey it feels, and the community and amenities are exactly what we were looking for! Our husky loves taking walks in the 6 acre park, and we can’t say enough about how much we love it!

If I could give Jordan 10 stars I would! He is very charismatic and personable. He was on the phone when I walked in and motioned for me to come take a seat with a smile. Very welcoming. The community is lovely. Definitely provides what you are looking for in a home. First class living for sure.

Dodged a bullet by not living here. The leasing officer promised a specific price point during the tour with written agreement. When I asked her to honor the price, she attempted to tell me that I was asking for a different monthly term leasing price and that the one I wanted was not right. The written agreement shows the specific month and price that we agreed on and I was asking for her to honor. The request was ignored. The written agreement explained that we would also receive a refund for the application fee as I am a first responder and my fiancée is a veteran which was not honored and now my emails are being ignored. Overall, worst customer service ever. Verizon internet does NOT service here do not believe them when they tell you otherwise. The misinformation and empty agreements was enough to turn us away.Edit: to the response... we locked in the pricing as we applied within 24 hrs of the tour date. We have it in writing of the agreed rate but it was not honored.

Really enjoy living here! The pool and gym are great amenities. Wish the townhomes were a little bigger would be my only complaint.

good staff, great maintenance team . Tow company did tow my car once out of its assigned parking space but brought it back when they realized they made a mistake. still have enjoyed living here.

This place is like putting perfum on garbage. They charge you 10 times what it would cost if something minor breaks. Plumbing is terrible and the AC/Heating unit constantly goes out. They used to have a racist lady working in the office but moved her after complaints. She was forcing people to get direct tv. Washing machines constantly leak and make a lot of noise. The walls are thin and you hear everything. My vehicle has also been violated and broken into. Doggie waste centers always out of baggies. They also make you resign a lease 3 months before it ends and only gives you a week to decide if you’re going to decide to live there or not. Which makes it difficult to look for anywhere else to live in that short period of time. Especially if you work full time. Welcome to the trap! If I’m paying you $1400 a month don’t throw cheap little Caesar pizza parties. Do better smh! Beware of the clubhouse late at night. I was told people have been using the theater room to make adult amateur films. Fleas and ticks in the doggie park. Left toilet stains on the seats and didn’t even change them prior to move in.
