This twelve-story, neo-classical building at 7th and Franklin streets in Richmond was the original headquarters for the Virginia Electric and Power Company (VEPCO). In the late 1970s the power company vacated the building and moved into a new headquarters on East Cary Street. Now it's an apartment building.

Nice place to live. Friendly and helpful staff and they keep the place nice and clean.

A great place to call home. I have lived here three years and enjoy the quietness and cleanliness. The best thing about being at the Edison is having onsite management and maintenance staff during weekdays.
