This Childrens Place sucks! If I could give it 0 stars I would. The customer service SUCKS, an employee had her 2 year old son in there while working and had him sitting right there at the register. Then the store NEVER opens on time! The employee even had an airpod in her ear talking on the phone.

This was my first and last time shopping at The Children's Place!Returned brand new pair of toddler jeans with stickers still on and had original sales receipt and was denied! Was told because plastic price tag wasn't on the jeans. I told her I don't remember a place tag being on them when I purchase them a week ago and maybe it wasn't on there. She said, "no because if it was off, then we would have written that on the receipt." I had no reason to take plastic price tags off because the jeans didn't fit my grandchild. The other tags and stickers were still on jeans and I was returning them within the allotted return time.I went online to send complaint via email and their website wasn't accepting emails nor was the instant chat available.Horrible business practices.

I understand it’s back to school, but this store needs a management overhaul. Other stores around were running smooth. This store was so messy. The line was so long and the other worker just looked around at items on the counter pretending to busy. What happened to being a team player? No ac in there either which made it more frustrating. Just ended up leaving

This is my main location I shop at if I don’t shop online but today when o went in the first the cashier didn’t even greet me and then when I went to cash out and I said hello because he back was turned and she didn’t answer me so I said “hello are you over here” she proceeded to spin around real slow and say “I don’t answer to hello” I said excuse me she said it again rudely “I don’t answer hello” so I said well I was just trying to get your attention she proceeded to say well that’s rude. I didn’t understand why she was giving me attitude I just came to pick my boys up a quick outfit for an event today. Im writing this to say can you please make sure your cashiers are pleasant and welcoming they never know what a person is going threw. Oh and she had long pink and black braids.

This place had the worst customer service! The manager and the sales associate seemed annoyed every time I asked them for help. Avoid this place if you can!

Best place to purchase quality Children's clothing. So many deals you can't help but spend. Very nice selection. Easy return policy. Staff is always helpful.

Been here for 20min store sign said open at 10 am it's 10:20 store still not open call customer service they don't know why the store is not open and can't provide any information as to when it will open

I just left this place with a 100.00 gift card.Walk in no greeting stayed and walk around no can i help you 10 minutes later still no talk so I gladly took my gift card a walked out there lost.If this is because of color shame on them.Wonder if Shell still talking unwanted gift cards.ðŸ˜

Out of all the children's place I've been to this one is the worst. I submitted a web order Saturday morning after going to the store I was informed that my order was complete because they were short staffed and that it would be done first thing in the morning. I decided to go check later on that next evening in which I was told the exact samething over once again. So then I go in this evening and they still haven't processed my order so they finally decide to only to find out that the items I ordered they know longer have in stock. After all this waiting I have to wait on a refund and go to another store
