Really underground spot you wouldn't expect to find in these parts. Felt immediately at home, kicked back and put my feet up in my car and stared at the sunset from their scenic parking lot. My friend went inside to pickup an order and had a really satisfying experience (see picture). The guest services desk employee was super conversational and felt like he genuinely wanted to get to know the customer, which was a huge plus for th experience. Will be back.

This Target is a disappointment. Their Starbucks closes at random times. Their dressing room is locked with no attendant so you have to wait for an employee to show up after you hit the bell. They don't have any price scanners in the store. They wouldn't price adjust something for me. It was all a mess. Speaking of mess, the store was a mess. I've never seen a target so unorganized and junky. They do have some good clearance items. Overall, this is a location not up to normal target standards.

I want to first start off by saying I am a loyal Target customer, I'm here at least once a week. I have never experienced such unprofessional, rude , disrespectful customer at any target I've ever been to. They have this huge clearance section in the store, and they had four chairs in its original box marked for $32.50, I even had a store employee double check the price. So he took the box to guest services so that I could continue shopping. Once I went to check out I was told that it was priced incorrectly. Well, normally in every store they will honor the price tag. Even when scanning the box it comes up $32.50. They stated it was per chair and not for the entire box. The staff member Brianne was very polite and provided great customer service. I asked for a manager and the manager Mik automatically had a terrible disposition when she walked up. She basically stated that it was nothing that she could do because it's marked incorrectly and she was not willing to honor the price. I asked for her name and she yelled it from the counter. So I proceeded to call corporate while still in the store. I spoke with Camille at corporate, she then asked to speak with Mik who offered 20% off I declined because again the box rings up for $32.50. I had already called my Gma to the store with her truck to help pick up the chairs so I was explaining to her that I was no longer purchasing the items due to poor customer service so she asked had I spoke with a manager I said yes I spoke with her, she then yells it's MIK M-I-K. She was so rude and loud she made my 5 year old son cry. I didn't even purchase the other items in my cart, I will never spend my money in this store again. The store manager Ethan was no help at all. He basically just said thanks for telling me. As we're walking out the store she continues to yell I said you have a nice day and she screams about she is sick and all types of other things that have nothing to do with her job. I am waiting to hear back from corporate as I know they do not support this type of behavior. Other customers even came up to me as I was consoling my son and said that they were sorry we had to be subjected to her behavior and they seen how rude she was.

Just your average Target store. Convenient with the CVS inside for all your healthful and beauty needs! The bargain section in the front was a wreck, people just ravage the bins here! The travel size toiletries section is fabulous! They have a decent garden section and I love the "hearth & home" department at the entrance of the store! There's a convenient grocery section as well. The layout isn't as aesthetically designed as other Targets I've been to and seemed smaller too. The check out process is annoying, not one register was open so you had no choice but to do self checkout! Doesn't anyone want to work anymore? Boo... they are not on target anymore! But as always, it's nice to have a Starbucks in the store!

I did not know this target location existed, but it is very clean and spacious and not busy like other locations. Highly recommend! Friendly staff.

I normally start a yelp review going into a detailed description of the business, describing any fine details, atmosphere, etc. This Target is pretty much like any other Target. The staff here have always been friendly with order pickup, drive up, or going old school at check out. This store is clean and usually stocked rather well. This location has become one of my favorites Target!

My checkout person was not the friendliest. This usually is not the case at this store which is why I wanted to do the review here. The checkout staff is usually great at this Target store. But this morning I asked for a gift receipt for two things I bought and the girl said "I can't do that". She never said hello when I walked up. She did not seem to want to be there. So I never got a gift receipt for two items either. I'm very unimpressed and hope this is not a new trend for this store.

I have shopped at this Target since it opened. I love it. Or I should have said I used to love it. Recently they have only been keeping 1 checkout line open. Today that one line was 10 deep. The self serve check out also had a line. Target's cost cutting measures are not going to let them compete with online shopping. Target, I fear my love affair with you is over.

This target location is always clean & always has the items I need in stock. The employees are pretty knowledgeable on the policies they have if you have any questions. It's usually a decent amount of people shopping in the store but never too packed. This is my go-to local target for sure.

I went in today to grab John's new album (me & John Mayer are on 1st name bases) & decided to check up on my Target Redcard that I never received. Long story short, the women behind the customer service desk went beyond my expectations. She called the number & waited on the line until a HUMAN answered & not the automated service. Super grateful for her actions & I was able to leave the store with my card issue resolved.

Always clean. Salespersons knowledgeable. Good quality and wide selection. I especially like the children's section. Good technical knowledge at electronics. Wide aisles. Staff helpful. I never go to their competitors.

I ordered online for store pick up, half using a debit half using a gift card. only one item was at customer service and the other was showing in transit. So she charged my debit card for the item. I went and found the item in the baby section and brought it up and tried to purchase the item with my gift card but it said I already used it. The customer service lady said there was nothing she could do about it until the order fell off; because it was saying transit for the item on my order. During this time she started helping me then helping someone else all a while everyone behind me got helped when I was there first. Eventually she just gave me the item since the gift card was showing used. The employees showed no professionalism; from telling each-other to shut up and mind their own business to rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing at customers. I always have an issue with target I'm not sure if I'll use them any time soon.

As good as Targets get. Kind of a strange place- very few people here for a weekend and very short lines. Very clean and quiet. Seems to be more focused on non-grocery items, but they have them too.

This target is the best in the Metro-Richmond area. It's always a pleasure to shop there!

This is a pretty nice target that is usually clean and well stocked. Just your pretty standard target, usually seems less crazy at this one than the broad street location. I wish they had a larger grocery section though, I would come here more if they had the frozen fruit I buy from the other Target.
