I came into this store with my sweet Cockapoo pup Trooper today, and the ladies went out of their way to help me find every item I was looking for!I believe it was Linda that even offered to call stores to find a specific size/color that wasn’t in stock at their location. Just the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I look forward to returning. Thank you!!!

Excellent service. The 2 employees were helpful & I’ll definitely consult the sales lady Ms Patricia should I need further help in selecting attire. The STONYPOINT Mall location is exquisite- such beautiful clothes for myriad occasions!

I had a lovely experience at the STONYPOINT Mall Talbots & 40% off everything. I was informed by 2 employees if I needed help they were there to help me & I spoke to Patricia, a courteous sales employee there & she rang up my merchandise & gave me her business card. I will contact her should I need help in selecting future outfits! This is my go-to Talbots location & the mall is so exquisite - classy yet down-to-earth but in a Tony way- Customer service is NOT an easy job- for me Talbots clothes exude class & style! I'll always include Talbots attire in my inventory! Thank you Talbots employees for keeping the store clean, cool & stylish & neat- love the way the clothes are folded, hung & arranged!

Very unsatisfied with our shopping experience yesterday. I will preface this by saying I was shopping with my elderly grandmother who gets worried. The clothes were beautiful. The first woman (Debbie) took an armload of clothing to the dressing room. We never heard from her again. When we got our second armload of clothing, an older black woman helped us put that in the same fitting room. When it came time to try clothes on, Debbie was no where to be found. I ran back and forth to get sizes for my grandmother. When it came time to check out, two women worked together to try to get it worked out. When I asked to run the card as credit as opposed to debit they looked befuddled. I explained the situation (that my grandmother is 81 and cannot remember her pin and wants to run it as credit) they didn't get any less confused. They tried for over A HALF AN HOUR to swipe her card and press various buttons. At one point I said stop, just let me use my card, that I know the pin number for. At this point, my credit card would not work either. They swiped my card so many times that a fraud lock was placed on it. For a $400 sale I would up having to write a check. When the next customer tried to check out -- same issue. Come to find out, it was a problem with their system that wound up messing up all of our cards. These women didn't apologize, didn't act embarrassed. Instead, when the left, they giggled and said gee, you probably never want to come back. Now, we have to go to my grandmothers bank because yes, you guessed it, fraud alert on that too due to their ignorance of their own system.. Thanks for nothing Talbots.

Staff is not helpful with internet returns. I was encouraged to call them and have clothes pulled for me to try on in the store -- instead of buying on the internet. I guess the staff must be on a commission or bonus basis for making sales. This discouraged me from buying anything at this location.

I love Talbot's. You can order online and return to the store. This one has an entrance outside the mall. So you can park directly outside the store when you're in a hurry. Petites available. Plenty of friendly, helpful staff available.

Talbots at Stoney Point Fashion Park . I always find a great deal here . They have classic clothes for women who have modest , good quality fashion in mind . I enjoy there extra 50% off sale items . You can really rack up . The store has a misses side and petite side as well . Always well organized and easy to see what you're looking for . The fitting room is spacious with nice lighting and a large triple sided mirror . Customer service seems to be top priority for the most part . On occasion I have gone here and no one greeted me or ask if they can get a fitting room started for me . Then when I go to the fitting room I have to come out to look for a different size . That happened to me today when I went there . The lady behind the counter did assist me when I was ready to purchase my items and was very helpful with ordering some items from another store. Oh just a tip they do have a bathroom for customers . I will continue to shop here but hope that their customer service doesn't fade away ...
