When did yall stop helping customers and start making them do the work for you? My wifes flip phone broke at no fault of her own. The screen went black in the crease where it folds so we came in to *hopefully* get her a new phone as this is her BUSINESS phone and she needs it to run her business. The girl spent all of 30 seconds before telling us we have to file an insurance claim. Then she sends us to a tablet to start the claim and moves on to the next customer all while my wife has NO IDEA what she's doing BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T WORK FOR TMOBILE. She still had questions but we were brushed off for other customers coming in. Absolute horrible customer service.

Worst company in the world, they hide behind their customer service tactics but when you really need help and you’re trying to resolve an issue, they will leave you in the cold and will not care, Then, when you try to resolve the issue, they blame customer policies, where they can’t help you or provide any resolution to the issue. If you have an issue that you need resolved, it probably would be less costly to go with your attorney and sue the hell out of them to get them to resolve the issue, but I’m not even sure they’ll do that time.

The young lady that checked us in was sweet. However, the woman that ended up helping us had the worst attitude. We were going to get new phones and two new watches. But not from her or this location. We already had a small wait and then to be met with that attitude? No thank you, we will just visit a different location.

been thinking about getting an apple watch for over a year now, finally found some time to go out to a store to get the process going - Aurelis greeted me instantly and grabbed the exact watch I had in mind! She was so patient with me (i’m not very tech savvy) and took the time to explain all the features and show me everything from the different watch faces to literally the easiest way to put it on! Aurelis was so kind and sweet during our interaction and while my watch was syncing to my phone, she was able to assist other guests waiting (I personally work in retail, so we love a multitasker!) also, bonus points for being pretty funny. Will definitely revisit this location for any of my future purchases/questions just to work with Aurelis again!

The manager, Stephanie, is the SOLE reason for this 1 star. She displayed poor customer service in a rude, condescending way towards me. I just became a customer of T-mobile and I'm questioning if I made the right decision. I live close to this branch but will not return .

We were with T-mobile for 17 years and made the worst decision ever to leave and switched to AT&T. We were promised so many promos and credits that we never received. It was a nightmare!! We desperately wanted to switch back to T-mobile which AT&T tried everything to make it almost impossible but T-mobile worked hard as hell to bring us back!! It took a few frustrating hours but they made it happen. AT&T tried charging us thousands to leave them but instead we just traded in the "free" phones at&t gave us to switch to them that they now were trying to charge us for we just gave them to T-mobile and went back to them?. I wish I knew everyone's names that we worked with today but we ended our 6.5 hour phone switch over with BOBBY. YOU WERE AWESOME THANK YOU 1000%Again I don't want to leave out anyone because we were in and out of the store several times today and were helped by several wonderful staff members.You all were wonderful and so freaking helpful!! We will never leave you again.Also.... we got the internet box while we were there and it's WONDERFUL!!HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ALL OF THE WHITE OAK LABURNAM T-MOBILE STAFF FROM THE ESPOSITO FAMILY.WE GREATLY APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU!!

I went in on a Saturday so of course it was slightly busy, probably longer than people wanted to wait but I really needed a replacement. They had a check in process that kept everything in order and very efficient. Kris came in and got right to business. She helped the couple in front of me and then myself in a reasonable amount of time. She was personable, knowledgeable, not pushy since I already knew what I wanted and a complete pleasure to work with. She was even able to keep track of what order people came in while working with me. I've never had an issue coming to this particular branch but I do like to work with the same people every time. I'll be sure to ask for her in the future.

Fraud upgrade on my account this evening. It specifically states on my account that NO UPGRADES are allowed unless. They did not check ID and I will be reporting this to customer service.
