I should have turned around when there was only one customer and no employees. The owners were there and they were not friendly. When she finished with the pedicure she did not clean the foot massager basin. She rinsed it out. I asked her to clean it and she rolled her eyes and started talking very loudly in another language. My feet soaked for two minutes before she started on my feet. She kept grabbing my ankles aggressively. She cut my toenails so short that she also nipped my toe. I made a video of her and my foot just in case I had to sue her. I did not let her finish. I am a diabetic. I went on May 22, 2024 and today is May 30th. So far I am ok. I can't put on a sock, but I am ok.
Cleanliness: Not clean.
Stylist: They don't have any stylists. The owners are doing the work and they don't know what they are doing.

This nail shop is bogus and they're nasty and rude. I rather pay high prices for good quality nails. They don't know how to do nails the man in the shop did mine poor quality shape off gel polish got the nails looking lumpy. I'm going back to Pro Nails where the service is great with great quality work.

The older lady who did my pedicure is very rude and condescending. She seems angry and all she did was shout when one is trying to talk with her either about the design or the pain she is inflicting on me when filing my nails. She didn’t take time to file the nails and she constantly hurt my cuticles. I had to only do pedicure and left out of frustration from the way she treated me. Went for a pedicure. Older lady wasn't very pleasant. Cut my cuticles..OUCH!! ...and starting cutting my toenails without me asking her to!! Piss poor polish job
