My hair has been dyed black for the last few years and there are definitely a few times I went the DIY route and used box dye. I wanted to get to something a little closer to my natural medium brown color without the brassy reddish tones. Impossible, right? Wrong! Tony delivered and then topped it all off with the best haircut of my life. I brought in a few pictures to give him a visual and I left looking like a hair model. Bonus for being done in just about two hours. I'll never let anyone else do my hair again.

The person I saw did not listen to me at all. She made up her mind of what she was going to do, and did it! Actually told me, "You are not in control in this chair, I am." Do not recommend this place.

S.O. scheduled an appointment for today, received reminder text and everything. Doors locked and lights off when she showed up. Insane after fighting to get an appointment after buying a Groupon advertised for person that doesn't work there anymore and spending weeks trying to get in touch with literally anyone

I purchased a groupon for Hailey and was never told she had injured her hand until I had to actually go in to the salon in attempt to make an appointment. Mind you, I had called and left multiple voicemails requesting a call back. I was told Hailey hurt her hand only because I went into the salon. I was given another Stylist's, Chris, contact information to get the service done. It doesn't seem like anyone here wants my service as Chris has not gotten back to me about doing my hair either. I do not reccomend even attempting to get your hair done here...they obviously do not want your service.
