Just toured symbol with my wife and I was pleasantly surprised by this beautiful property. Our tour guide Jay was super professional, friendly, and welcoming. We will 100 percent be applying to symbol ASAP.

Beware. do NOT live here. Pay attention to the fact that the 2 tour reviews are the ONLY reviews that are good which was probably asked by the tour guide. Actual residents left below 3 stars especially in the past 2 years. I’ve had to get outside help with dealing with this apartment on more than one occasion. Recently was instructed to write to the regional office, as well as leave honest reviews on every platform possible. After living in Atlanta for 4 years, Burbank LA for 2, this was my worst living experience. Creepy maintenance that take advantage of having keys to units while the leasing office does nothing about it. All of a sudden, sketchy things happening to my payment center once I put my notice to not renew in, was charged for the leasing offices mistakes. Was then rejected access to make a payment and was told to contact the same leasing office that claimed to not have access to any of that. There are a lot of complaints from multiple residents, you just have to scroll past the 2 fake tour reviews and continue your research on different platforms there are many disappointing reviews :) The outside of the apartment is very pretty though.

We really enjoyed our tour at the Symbol! Jay was friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to tour with, not to mention he also plans great community activities for tenants weekly! As for the Symbol, it’s a great living option. I loved all the natural light the apartments have and the amenities are incredible.

We loved our tour at Symbol! Jay was exceptionally warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The dog park is huge and parking was ample - such a rarity in Scott’s Addition.
