Why can't I benefit from the half off day anymore? It used to be half off all day on Wednesdays only. Even after work I could still save money. The half off Wednesdays was literally the only reason I would continue to use this laundromat and tell other people about its clean establishment and nice staff. Now for some unholy reason the all day has been reduced to half off only on Wednesdays from 9am to 4pm, which is when the majority of people work. Why does it feel like myself and many others are being penalized by SuperSuds because we work. We should be able to work and save at the laundromat too. So since SuperSuds no longer allows me to benefit from saving money, they can't have any off mine.

Best laundry in southside of Richmond so far. Bigger washers that actually washes your clothes and the dryers really dry your clothes without having to spend a lot of money like most laundromats in South of Richmond.

Horrible Experience! It’s 8:06 am no one is here to help you, the change nor card machine is working! All of my laundry is in the washer with detergent! I’ve called the number listed no answer!

The attendant was friendly ,attentive and very helpful. I enjoyed the massage chair but prefer it to operate upright and not recline fully to eliminate extra strain on the neck area.Thank you!

This place is the absolute worst … washed my clothes well attempted washer and dryer wasn’t working no attendant in sight!! How u gonna be 24 hrs but force people to pay twice to wash… mind u the filthiest laundromat u have ever seen since I was a kid!!!! Stole my money and had a nerve to be filthy too …. Owner responded still have yet to receive a refund smh

Most decent place I can find in this area. But how they have a bathroom for the employees but a closed bathroom for there customers? For the people that come here for there business?

This place is always clean, and they take good care of the equipment. They were having some issues with the a lot of.machines being out of order but it looks like they're back on top of it.

Secrets was awesome super fun and great with keeping my kids entertained lol super helpful ! Also her store is super clean and I WILL be coming back!! I recommend everyone and come and try her (Wash and Fold) service. Very satisfied with my order and very affordable. Love my time there.
