The staff at this establishment does not provide customers with complete information when asked. Before I drove 30 mins out of my way, I called to inquiry what factors went into selling shoes. The person I spoke with said only condition mattered. However upon my arrival I was informed that they do not accept Timberlands and the shoes -although never been worn- were only worn $20 since they were Jordan 8s. This information could have been provided to me during my call hense the reason that I called!

Great customer service!!! They welcome you as you enter their establishment.Such a comfortable environment. They are genuinely friendly And very hepful. After a long day of shopping in and around Richmond we googled shoe stores in the area and decided upon "Stvrs Kicks". I'm so glad we did. It would be wonderful if they opened up a store in the Hampton/Newport News area. But until then we'll be taking trips to this location. We love to supportsmall businesses.

Prices were very reasonable and they had a lot of unique shoes in stock. Lots to pick from in Men's Size 10. Plus you get a discount for a birthday. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommend.
