One of my favorite upscale shopping spots. I didn't do any shopping this trip. My daughter and I enjoyed dinner and a movie at the theater. Equalizer 3 was awesome and so was the food ??????

Stony Point Fashion Park had its glory days and nearly overtook Short Pump Mall by its design and amenities. Remnants of the unfortunate Covid-19’s gloomy side effects are still observed here by the closing of a few stores. Thankfully new ones are setting shop and promising to bring back the vibrancy of yesterday. Overall Stony Point Fashion Park remains an idyllic place to visit and shop.

Love outdoor malls. It's not that busy there for some reason. More bars and restaurants could benefit the area

Not much to talk about. There are the anchor stores and a few sprinkled in between. Cool record store called Crossroads, an Ax Throwing Bar, and a few others but more empty stores than full ones.

I used to love going to Stony Point Fashion Park every weekend for breakfast and shopping with my kids. I tried to go today and got stuck in traffic on the entrance road for an hour only to find they have rented the lot out to a bunch of hoodlums with loud cars. They were doing burnouts and smoking weed out in the open. I have children. This is not okay.

The upscale Mall of Richmond. Perfect for dog lovers to go and window shop while walking the dogs. Has an area for them to use the restroom.

Great potential we had a great time walking around. It was kind of empty I’d expect more customers.

Went to the movies to see new fast and furious movies!! High disappointing movie!! I was surprised how bad the ending was! High recommend, don't waste your movie on this movie and just what for it to come out when you can stream it for free! I actually wanted my money back, but that not the movies theater fault.... It's just horrible!

atmospheres. As an upscale outdoor mall with the intention of attracting customers from the more affluent south side of the James River, it has failed its mission. The restaurants here are good, the ones that are left. A large number of businesses, both large and small, that originally located here have left leaving the place looking like a dying ghost-town.

Little shops struggle to survive here due to the overwhelming leasing rates. Over the past ten years there has been a lot of turnover in the area and only the stores that own the property survive, they downsize, or longer in hope that some locals across the river will accept going to a fashion park. It’s not the most convenient to get to. There’s rampant unreported theft in the area and that attracts other crime in local department stores. This would be a great place to germinate local business like found in other areas of the art district, the west end…

Very nice mall...a lot of things to do and see. Sitting areas all around. Wish there were not so many empty sites.

I absolutely love the IDEA of this place. It use to be a really cool mall. The main problem now is, there aren't any stores and the ones they do have open whenever they feel like it. Which is pretty much never or by appointment only. I don't even understand how they pay rent!? This places is soooo cute and has so much potential but the owners need to put their foot down and make stores OPEN. Get more food spots, as there aren't many at all! Mall owners need to market to businesses and fill the empty stores. It CAN be done IF someone actually wanted this place to succeed and put in the work. Right now, it's just a cute place to walk your dog. ?

Great outdoor shopping center. It’s dog friendly. There are water bowls and treats throughout the center. There are heated chairs and fire pits throughout. It’s a great way to enjoy the cooler weather. The playground is a go to for my kids. They enjoy coming to stony pointClean, beautiful and well maintained. There are so many fun shops to check out. Personally I love stopping at crossroads records and Anthropologie.
