I Absolutely love Southside Cares Thrift Center! Customer Service is Excellent! The moment you walk through the door, your greeted with a smile. While looking and shopping at items in the store, theres someone who will always ask if there's any help that you need. Ms. Angel at the front desk...Is Absolutely Phenomenal. Her drive to help you, and her Spirit within is Awesome! I drive several miles to come and shop at Southside Cares Thrift Center. Great Customer Service, Great Items, and most Importantly you feel Welcomed to shop there.

Went in to buy a dryer. Store manager Aaron showed us several different models based on what we were looking for & our price range. All were cleaned & have a 30 day warranty. He plugged the one in we chose to demonstrate it worked. All employees were polite & helpful. Would definitely recommend for any appliance needs!

I came to Southside Care Thrift Friday afternoon at the time they were closing not realizing this! Everyone still welcome me in. I bought a washer Machine. I ask if they could deliver to my home. The Manger told me he would be at my home at 10. By my amaze they were pulling up at my home Saturday at 9:30. The young men that delivered my machine were nice a courteous. This will be the second time I have bought a washer machine from them. Always pleasant every time I come in. If you’re looking for used furniture or appliances I do recommend coming to South side Care Thrift !!! Thank you again for everything!!!

Home accents.They have it all!!!Proceeds go to help Southside Baptist Ministries.These folks go above and beyond.They offer delivery.Repairs.Additional Warranties.They are here for the community.They have been serving their community faithfully for 15+ years.

This is my second time making a purchase here. Not only was the staff extremely kind and accepting, they also allowed me to pay what I could afford. The level of professionalism was extremely appreciated. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of their products are simply unbelievable. I recommend that everyone visit this store when they get a chance.

I came by to find a unique candle holder, and I got even more the staff greeted me with an hometown family greeting and let me browse but paid attention to my needs! If you have time drop by the deals are great and you will find your treasure.

Offensively overpriced furniture. They could be providing angel wings to the community, but instead are making everything too expensive to be able to afford any of it. Used furniture shouldn’t cost more than brand new ikea furniture!
