Needed and item and drove 25 minutes in the hard rain to find this place and was not disappointed!The person at the front register asked immediately if they could help me find what I needed and 3 minutes later I was on my way with the item!

I have called several times to talk to a supervisor and they always send back to Ranson WV they have garden and plants that we customers need and manger in that cares nothing for little guys just the RACE TRACK

Called to make a complaint because of damage done by the local coop. Still waiting for something to be done. (Update) The problem was finally taking care of after a year. Maybe they will be nice neighborhood business.

place is a mess dont not work this company they will not pay when you quit due to unsafe conditions and hostile environment from management have pictures of it and video of management treating employees unfair and unsafe one managers came into work hung over and face tore up from fighting sound like a great place no its not go to tractor supply and will be treated alot better

I have not had a choice in the matter until now finally with purchasing Propane..I assume they knew they had no competition so the customer service is one of the worst Ive dealt with at the local store....Due to the fact that a cpl of years ago they had a wrong number and card on file so I was cussed at and called several names by a manager of the store and until this day I find it funny how a manager told the truth but didnt know they was supposed to lie to me and what they do to me I actually find it to be discrimination but that is quite ok for I finally will be switching propane service but in NCWV they need an etiquette class along with how you treat a customer and the higher ups are ok with this which blows my mind!!!

Terrible customer service terrible prices. They act like they have a monopoly on farm service and goods. They should humble themselves and remember how they got started. All they care about now is their bottom line not the people who help them get there.

Been employed by southern states for pretty much the past five years. The job was great id do it all day everyday if possible.but the the managers do not hold to there word. I was promised by my manager to be promoted to a full time employee after ive bent over backwards for this company showed up to work when no one else would due to weather conditions etc. I will not release any names or locations but im tired of getting my hopes up with this orgination only to be shot down every time. Ive accepted another job with a company and will not be reccomending southern states for emplyment or services to anyone.
