Prospective tenants beware!!
Maintenance tickets are routinely closed without being completed or resolved. CURRENT Management stated, “Per policy, we cannot leave work orders open once the issue has been assessed,” (assessed meaning acknowledged with intention to act) but confirmed this is not a resident or lease policy—only a company policy. This practice prioritizes closing tickets over actually fixing issues, leaving residents with unresolved and sometimes unsanitary conditions.

Out of the four previous managers Kourtney is the only one that seems to actually care and want to make positive changes , she’s extremely professional and her customer service is outstanding thank you for being the great manger you are!

Since I've been living here and experienced the different management companies, Devlyn has been the best manager to work with thus far. He has worked with me to secure my place here and continue calling my apartment home even when I fell behind. I hope Devlyn is here to stick around South Bank and continue to try and make a difference.

PSA that this apartment recently changed management and now uses an app that charges you a $50+ „convenience“ fee EACH month just to pay the already high rent! Why do you think I’d want to pay over six hundred dollars over the course of one year to pay my rent online?? I don’t want the apartments response to be „well you can physically drive somewhere and pay an extra few dollars for money orders;“ I want you to stop scamming your tenants.

We’ve lived at South Bank Apartments for 2 years now, and one of the biggest reasons we’ve enjoyed our time here is Erin, the leasing manager. From the day she moved us in, she’s been a ray of sunshine—always welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring.
Erin knows this community inside and out, and she’s full of great recommendations for local restaurants, fun things to do, and everything you’d want to know about the area. Anytime I stop by the office, she greets me with a smile and goes above and beyond to help.
It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel at home in an apartment complex, but Erin does exactly that. Living at South Bank Apartments has been an even better experience because of her!

Erin is the best she has been extremly helpful from day one. I moved from Texas about a year ago. She made the process of moving super easy and stress free. Even after living here for slmost a year everytime I need assistance she takes great care. I enjoy everytime I see her.

Your stuff will be stolen. I had stuff stolen on move in day as well as my bike that was locked up with two locks in the bike area. The office is not helpful. There is poop all around the building and some inside in the hallways. Had to badger the office about wifi and package locker information. Still haven't received a key to my mailbox and I've been here almost a month.

I just toured at this apartment building and Danielle and David are absolutely amazing helpful go above and beyond unfortunately I was looking for a three bedroom and if they had one, I would’ve rented right there on the spot, but they also gave me leads to other properties that don’t even belong to them they are just awesome. I toward the property. It’s beautiful and they really care about their tenants so I give them 100 stars Danielle thank you for your great awesome hospitality you rock and gorgeous and David I really appreciate you.

Erin, Molly, Mackenzie, and Allyson all deserve 6 stars for how they treat their residents. They offer quick solutions and are always hospitable when you need to be in the leasing office. They are respectful, courteous, and compassionate towards others. Also southbank is pet friendly :)
